I only stayed here one night passing through, but we were more than pleased with this motel. Our room was newly renovated and very clean. Only downside was that the cleaning products used leave a little bit of a weird smell, but it is tolerable. The girl at the desk was very pleasant the night we checked in, however the... more

My boyfriend and I stayed here for a night based on the price, location, reviews, and the fact that they allow pets. I was nervous because it was one of the least expensive hotels and they were pet friendly. When we arrived, however, I was pleasantly surprised. While it looks like a typical motel from the street and is certainly... more

Originally rented a room one night for New Year's Eve...visiting friends for the holiday. New Year's morning decided to stay an additional night, so called front desk to ask if I could extend my stay. Was told by front desk to simply bring my key card by to be re-programed and they would do the extension. This I did. Later... more

We were on a vacation to Biltmore and wanted to stay close. The location was good. This Best Western is located within 5 minutes of Biltmore and close to a large mall so we booked 2 nights. They gave us a corner room at the front, closest to the office, which turned out to be a negative, later. The room... more

I booked one night at this motel on Hotwire for $53 plus taxes for a total of $65.37. This is a motel-style building but the rooms have been renovated. It is clean with nice linens and a good carpet. The breakfast room is typical Best Western style with the regular offerings such as cereals, toast, fruit, juice, milk and coffee... more

I travelled to North Carolina in late September/early October to visit family and check out the area as a possible retirement location. I stayed at 3 Best Westerns on this trip. Two were wonderful, but the Asheville Biltmore East was one I wouldn't stay in again. First of all, it is extremely "unfriendly". You are greeted with signs telling you... more

I stayed here overnight as a halfway point on my way home from vacation. We chose this hotel because it was pet friendly and not overly expensive. The lobby was clean and looked newly remodeled. It was busier than I expected, but I think more than half the guests were part of the same family. The pros of the hotel... more

If you like falling asleep to road noise, great breakfast - NOT! , no service and being able to hear everything going on in the room next door then this is the place for you. I sadly made the choice to stay here based on some of the reviews on this site but now know why they say don't believe... more

We were disappointed with this Best Western, we have stayed at other Best Westerns, but, this one, Biltmore East was a disappointment. First, the front desk would not honor a AAA advertised price in the AAA Tour Book, stating it was peak time and could not honor the price quoted, even though we spoke to Best Western's main reservations about... more
