When I booked the room. I was told about 4-5 times that I could not cancel. Okay, I get it lady! She made the booking experience uncomfortable. When we actually checked into our room, we found at least four hairs on our sheets and a crushed stink bug on the floor. So no clean sheets and the room not vacuumed.... More

It's an inexpensive hotel. Good value, walls are less than soundproof, but it's a roof and four walls. Not the worst place I've stayed. Great breakfast. if you need a place to crash, or just want a quick get away, or on a budget, book it.

This is probably one of our favorite places to stay in Asheville. It's cheap with nice size rooms and a great breakfast. Our dogs loved the room and there was plenty of area for them to do their business. The rooms were very spacious. (the following night we stayed at a different place with half the size but double the... More

I arrived at this hotel around 8 PM on 16 Feb 2015, just as a winter storm was moving through the area. This was one of only 3 or 4 places that were pet friendly and had adjoining rooms available. The exterior was well lit, but had very little parking. The weather was freezing rain, sleet and snow with the... More

We became Best Western fans while in Sedona and Grand Canyon, Arizona. While looking for a hotel in Asheville for a weekend trip, I booked this hotel and we were very pleased. Older facility but remodeled with very nice rooms and bed. Staff was extremely pleasant and helpful. Breakfast was average but plentiful. The hotel is close to uptown and... More

recently stayed at this location on a business trip. Room was clean and had a feeling of my own home. They were recently remodeled rooms but at very high standards. All the comforts i needed for my trip were there at my disposal. all the info i needed was there. Very professional staff and very courteous.

I booked this motel for two days. What a dump!. I have stayed in quite a few Best Westerns but this one was the worst. I the smelled, the internet worked sometimes, The shower didn't work right, the noise from the street traffic was horrible, and the front desk staff seemed very cold. Other that the location I would never... More

Nicely redecorated older motel with many impressive upgrades. We would stay there again. Convenient to interstate and other popular tourist sites. Breakfast was OK for the reasonable price of the room. Local map was helpful. Internet/wi-fi was weak.

Stayed here 2 different nights in December. Both times in the back row - very quiet and clean. Hot Breakfast included in rates. Only a short drive to most any restaurant you'd want. Staff were all pleasant & professional. All rooms open to the outside.
