This has to be one of the worst hotels we have ever stayed at. If we complain, the management treats us like idiots and argues. The light plugs (2) didn't work...they argued. They finally fixed it. We stayed 2 nites in the beg of Aug 07 at the Ramda Riveridge. We got a package deal thru the Biltmore Estate that included our tickets. The hotel is run down. The hallway carpet was torn and dirty.
