Everything about this apartment was top shelf. The bed was very comfortable, the bathroom HUGE with nice amenities and the fireplace was a wonderful thing to have for a misty day. The only thing that turned me off was neither of the two hosts I dealt with bothered to get up from their computer to welcome us to their place.... More

Nice size one bedroom unit; a great location if you are visiting the Biltmore Estate. The unit we stayed in on the top floor was spacious but had badly stained carpet in the bedroom and the tv had imprinted blotches on the screen that showed on what you were viewing. I just think it was overpriced for not being kept... More

Biltmore House is a must see in Asheville NC. This house is 175,000 square feet. It has 43 bathrooms and opulence is everywhere This house is as magnificent as any European Castle and more impressive than Hearst Castle. Be sure to get the audio. Don't miss the wine tasting. Dae Leckie

This was a wonderful place to stay in Asheville. I couldn't believe how cheap it was. The accommodations were exceptional. The staff was wonderful. I can't wait to go back. The weather was rainy but it was still fun. I hope to return in the summer.

The good: - Great spacious room with washer/dryer, fireplace and jacuzzi tub. Rustic home away from home. - Non-smoking campus - Clean The not-so-good: - You can hear your upstairs neighbors walking around. - The furniture/carpeting is nice but it's obvious the facilities are well used. - There are two management offices for the rentals, which is confusing. It also... More

SkippyPepper, Thank you again for your feedback. Again, we understand the staff vacuum noise travels between rooms and regret that it woke you. We hope you will give us another opportunity using the suggestions I made in our individual correspondence. In either case I sincerely apologize your visit was disrupted and wish you well. Bill C. Our two bedroom condo have every convenience needed down to a cheese grater. Luxurious bathrooms, beautiful decor, and central location to everything. Loved the balcony and fireplace. However, children were staying on the floor above us. The wonderful wood floors magnified their constant running and jumping. Ask for a top floor, there are elevators.

We stayed in a studio for a two night Spring break get away with our small dog. Room was appointed nicely with a full kitchen and bathroom was great with two sinks and a walk in shower(no gross shower curtain!). We had a small balcony that looked over the parking lot of next building. A stackable washer and dryer would... More

Let me start out with the positives of The Residences at Biltmore over our week long stay. 1. The location is fantastic, as said in the title. When you're less than 1/4 mile from the Biltmore Village where there is great shopping and places to eat, and the same distance to the entrance of The Biltmore Estates, it's hard to... More

We rented a two bedroom apartment for a handful of nights so that can be in Ashville. The place was very clean...convenient, for 2 sets of parents and a grandparent. We used the pull-out couch. Two warnings: the walls of these buildings are paper thin. If you expect your kids to be indoors at any point or even playing at... More

We had a 2 bedroom condo and it was exceptionally nice with a stocked kitchen and a fireplace in the living room. Clean, comfortable and pretty. It is only a few blocks from the Biltmore House. I am confused by the other reviews. I did not see a swimming pool or a lake but perhaps we didn't explore enough. It... More
