When we arrived to check-in, the first thing we were told is they wouldn't be able to accommodate our reservation request (we asked for a studio with a balcony). They went on to tell us that the owner was staying in the studio they would have given us (I wonder how long they knew this as we made our reservation... More

This place was beyond anything we imagined. Registration was quick. If you booked through Expedia or one like it - you go to the second registration desk near the pool area. Otherwise you book at the front. The rooms are beautiful. Kitchen - washer/dryer - pool towels - coffee pot -- wash detergent -- well maintained - absolutely beautiful. The... More

The residences at Biltmore are beautiful - I wish we could have stayed longer. The rooms are exquisite. Our residence included: 1) A large bathroom, complete with a jet tub, 2) a full kitchen with dishes, pots, pans and the works, 3) a washer and dryer, 4) a living room with television and fire place, 5) a dinning room, 6)... We were a three generation family sharing an apartment. The place was spacious and contained everything you might need--including a blender, microwave, wine opener etc. Housekeeping was excellent and very generous with towels, soaps, etc. It was fun for all of us to enjoy the Jacuzzi, outdoor pool, and hot tub. It was relaxing to be able to eat breakfast... More

My husband and I almost always stay in full service hotels so staying in a condo was something different for us. The reason we did was based on value and convenience. The residences at Biltmore were cheaper than most hotels we checked out on travel websites plus it was close in proximity to Biltmore Village (easy walk) and downtown Asheville... More

We gathered 3 generations in 2 bedrooms and loved the amount of space and the size of the rooms . The beds were very comfortable and the room was well insulated from noises. We were near Biltmore Village and enjoyed the convenience of that and being near downtown as well

Our family of five (kids aged 3, 5, and 7) stayed for 4 nights. It's great for families because it's like renting an apartment with the amenities of a hotel. Front desk staff was friendly, although I wish they were able to provide more insider/local recommendation of restaurants and activities. There were no two bedrooms available so we were in... More

We booked a studio suite for $153ish a night. At check-in we were upgraded to a 1 bedroom suite. The pros: Location -- outside of Asheville, but close to everything Decor Quality of the furnishings Quality of kitchen -- appliances, dishes, cookware, etc. Everything you could need. Bedding, plenty of towels (extras for pool) Huge bathroom (really, crazy huge...) Cons:... More

This is a great place to stay for a family. We were in a one bedroom unit, and it was enough for the four of us. Bathroom is huge and overall the unit is fairly big, with a nice little balcony. The pool is very large and it is possible to have fun but also to do lap. Gym is... More
