When looking for a hotel in Asheville, we were disappointed that AMEX did not have any 3 or 4 stars to reccomend, however they did get us a 2 BR unit at The Residences at Biltmore that were awesome. We enjoyed the 3 TV's, Washer dryer and the fireplace. more

We loved the suite - 2 bedrooms, 2 baths, full kitchen, spacious living area and balcony. All new and very clean. No problem with noise that some other reviewers mentioned. Pool and hot tub were open and very nice as well. Very happy with the service. Concierge made great restaurant suggestions and check in/out was a breeze. Location is very... more

I'm writing this from the Residences on my last night as a guest and am SO thankful to my fellow tripadvisor.com travelers for clue-ing me in to this place. I was planning to go to the Inn at Biltmore or Grove Park until I read these reviews. I am 99.9% thrilled with this property. The .1 negative is the noise... more

From check-in to check-out, the experience at Residences at Biltmore was fabulous. Very elegant bedding, huge flat screen TVs, top notch stainless kitchen appliances, fireplace, and a roomy bathroom with enormous shower. We didn't have time to check out the pool and other amenities, but I'm sure they are all wonderful. Unfortunately, there's a downside that's a common theme on... more

We are taking steps to mitigate this concern. It’s good though that this did not completely tarnish your experience and that you would still recommend us to friends. We hope...

We visited Asheville for a wedding last weekend (June 5-7, 2009) and stayed at the Residences at Biltmore. It was in a great location (minutes from downtown, shopping and restaurants within walking distance) and the studio room that we had was absolutely beautiful (custom cabinets, granite countertops, recess lighting, fireplace, flat screen tv, extremely clean)! Not to mention, the price... more

These are first class all the way in design and amenities and the staff is wonderful , the only problem is that whoever built them did not build keeping in mind the noise from top to bottom floor. We're staying on the 3rd floor and I cannot believe that so far, in two nights, we've had two sets of heavy... more

Thank you for taking the time to share your experience. We are glad that you found our hotel a wonderful place to stay but we do sincerely apologize for the noise issues you experienced. Having hardwood floors in the living areas of our suites sometimes causes footsteps to carry. We have taken steps to mitigate this by adding padded area...

My wife and I selected the Residences at Biltmore for our recent visit to Asheville in large part because of the positive reviews on this site. And we were certainly not disappointed. The Residences is really a condo complex, and it would be perfect for an extended stay. The rooms are fabulous; the site quiet, peaceful. The location couldn't be better: right between Biltmore Village/the Biltmore Estate and downtown Asheville. We were only there for a weekend, and as such, did not use the kitchen facilities. We would probably have been better... more

Recently stayed at this hotel for two nights for a business trip. Brand new facility with top-of-the line rooms. Stainless steel appliances and granite countertops in the kitchen. Hardwood floors. Rock fireplace with plasma tv. Plasma tv's in every room. Huge bathrooms in master and guest. A comparable suite in a hotel would cost 3x as much. It was one... more

Thank you for taking the time to share your experience. It’s great that you appreciated all “top of the line” amenities in your suite. Many corporate travelers appreciate having the comforts of home but at the same, if not greater, value than a regular hotel. Plus, our suites are also ideal for other types of travelers too, such as families,...
