We loved this quiet lovely,friendly,spotlessly clean B&B in THE mountains. Patti made us feel instantly at home. Her. Royal gourmet breakfasts were delicious. Within 10 minutes you are in downtown Asheville or THE Biltmore Estate. We wished we could have stayed longer.
