Great location, outstanding service and hospitality, super convenient location, walking distance to downtown. More affordable than any other place to stay around. The owners/hosts are very friendly helpful & caring. We'd stay there again without hesitation.

My daughter and I stayed in the Oliver Davis room, and thoroughly enjoyed the accommodations. The room was decorated adorably, with a bird theme, and it was very quiet. The owners Bill and Emily (and their cats) were very friendly and helpful with directions and such. Our breakfast was delicious and very generous, and we enjoyed meeting the other guests.... More

we arrived on a friday for the weekend and the house was full. The owners are always ready to help or point you in the right direction. The breakfast is served at 9am and it was fun to meet new people over such a bountiful meal... it is in a great location close to town and we love the turret... More

My wife and I had a wonderful time on our visit to Bed of Roses. We like to visit B&B's every few months, and Bed of Roses is one of the finest we have stayed at. The hosts Emily and Bill were very friendly and made sure your needs were not only met, but exceeded. They serve an extraordinary breakfast;... More

Hosts Bill and Emily were very friendly and helpful. The breakfasts were delicious and I particularly enjoyed Bill's coffee! The location is perfect - just a 10 minute walk into a Downtown Asheville. I stayed three nights in the Carolyn Grey room. The room was very comfortable and beautifully decorated. Having a spa bath was a particular treat! I would... More

We came to town not knowing where we would stay. We stumbled across this wonderful bed-and-breakfast just outside of downtown. It was only half a mile walk to the downtown restaurants, shops and attractions. The couple that runs the place are outstanding. Very, very friendly and welcoming. Our room was perfect for the 2 of us. We had our own... More

We stayed at A Bed of Roses in July while visiting Asheville. My husband and I are thinking of retiring to the region and wanted to stay somewhere where we had easy access to Asheville and the downtown area. This place was just perfect. The house is so charming and clean! We had a room on the first floor that... More

We had a one night getaway and found A Bed of Roses. The room was on the first floor and was still super quiet. The owners were super helpful and friendly. Breakfast was delightful and delicious. We enjoyed exploring the town of Asheville. Would definitely return.

This was our first experience at a Bed and Breakfast and it was more than we could have hoped for! We visited Asheville for our 1 year anniversary/engagement and A Bed of Roses helped make this trip even more memorable. Emily and Bill were exceptional hosts! They had suggestions on where to go, what to eat, and any general information... More

This was our first B&B experience and it definitely won't be our last! We stayed in the Oliver Davis room. It was clean, quiet and cozy. The temperature in our room was very comfortable. The inn has central air, but we also had a window unit to adjust to our liking. The inn was full and we didn't hear the... More
