We had a very pleasant stay - Emily and Bill accommodated my dietary request flawlessly and deliciously (vegan). We spent two evenings walking from the B&B exploring downtown and hopped onto the Parkway to enjoy a scenic drive in the mountains. The room was comfortable, clean and cozy. We'd definitely stay here again.

This is one of the most beautiful and best run B & B's we have stayed in. The home itself was clean, beautifully decorated, and equipped with all the necessities that a guest could need. The hosts, Emily and Bill, were amazing. The were friendly, courteous, and extremely helpful. We were provided a map of the city and brochures so... More

My husband and I stayed at this Asheville B&B for a couple of nights to celebrate our anniversary. Our goal was to explore the nearby mountains and streams by day and walk to downtown Asheville for dinner at night. The Bed of Roses proved a perfect location. It's a pleasant walk through the historic neighborhood to reach downtown and a... More

Thank you for sharing your experience at A Bed of Roses! So many people enjoy our littlest room. We call it our "little nest". It is definitely "cozy" but we try to make it a comfy little retreat for our guests! More

My wife and I were visiting our granddaughter in Hendersonville, NC so we decided to head another 25 miles north and spend a night in Asheville, NC. We heard nice things about A Bed of Roses so we stayed there. First off Emily & Bill are delightful people, they add a warm natural feeling to the B & B, next... More

The location was very convenient to downtown as well as Biltmore. The hosts made every effort to meet our needs. They provided directions and gave an overall perspective on Asheville. The breakfasts were wonderful. The B&B was beautiful located in an attractive quite neighborhood. Our room and other areas were clean and comfortable. Overall, a great visit.

We love staying at B&B's when we're on vacation. I found A Bed of Roses on line, browsed through the photos and decided to stay there. We chose the turret suite, the biggest room. It was a splurge but worth it. It is beautiful and has a nice little balcony to relax on. Emily and Bill, the owners are very... More

Thank you for staying at A Bed of Roses! The bunnies and the fireflies (or are they faeries!) are still enjoying the rose garden. I'm so glad you got to share the magic with us. More

Perfect experience! We've been to other B&Bs that really phone in the breakfast part, but Bed of Roses went all out! The food was amazing, the house is beautiful, and Emily and Bill were perfectly welcoming. They made us feel right at home from the second we walked in, and were great at suggesting things to do, see, or eat.... More

Very fast to check-in, everything was lovely and immaculate. Breakfasts were promptly at 9:00 AM, well-portioned, and delicious. Lovely, quiet neighborhood a short walk from downtown Asheville -- we had no trouble walking places. The only thing I had trouble with was the wifi signal occasionally dropped, but I think that was my laptop's issue -- my partner had no... More

This was a perfect B & B. Emily and Bill have done everything right. The room with the jacuzzi tub was great, the breakfasts were unbelievable good and the hosts were very helpful with their knowledge of the area. They even got our tickets to the Biltmore Estate so we didn't have to waste time on line. I have already... More

Bed of Roses is a beautiful place with rose gardens and a true Vicrorian charm. Emily and Bill were wonderful host and the breakfast was excellent. I stayed in the Winchester room, comfortable and neat. Only wish there was better light in the bathroom to see for makeup. Perfect location in a quiet neighborhood and easy access to the downtown...
