For several visits we've stayed at the recently burned Richmond Hill Inn. The fire forced us to find an alternative. The Inn is a pleasant hotel, with large rooms and an accommodative staff but there's nothing special about it, particularly for the price. Access can be a problem, if you leave the Estate grounds and wish to return during the... more

The Inn on Biltmore Estate was wonderful hotel. Service was amazing. The Valets, Front Desk, Housekeeping, Gift Shop attendant and the Waiters and Waitresses from the Hotel restaurants, were all very kind and pleasant to deal with. They made a special effort to be courteous. We stayed in the cheapest room available, which was a two double bed room. It... more

The Biltmore House that shares the Estate with the Inn is a wonderful attraction. The Inn is clean, but nothing special. The service & the food are OK. Based on this hotel being listed on Conde Naste's Gold List, I had high expectations and was disappointed with the experience. more

We had a great time and are anxious to go back. Went for an overnight. It wasn't inexpensive but I think we got a lot for the money...turn down service....etc... And, the way the inn was arranged, it was very clear that they wanted you to relax, enjoy the view, eat delicious food, drink good wine....relax relax relax Don't let... more

My husband and I stayed at the Inn on Bitlmore Estate for Valentine's weekend and were definitely not let down! The room was gorgeous and very comfortable. My only concern is that, while the bathroom is very large, the shower is VERY small. This did not cause us any problems personally, but I could see how others might complain about... more

We only had 2 nights here but I would happily return to spend more time at the Estate. The room is a bit small but it is so worth staying here to be close to everything on the grounds. We particularly enjoyed the pool and hot tub. It was a sight to behold in the AM with the steam rising... more

I am not new to staying at fine hotels where quality is expected but not always delivered. Not so in the case of the Inn on Biltmore Estate. Great service goes a long way with me and this is demonstrated in the attention to the smallest details. Very clean rooms and magnificent meals in the dining room are just a... more

I've wanted to stay at the Inn ever since it was built. My sis in law and I decided to do this on our way to Raleigh. It was even better than I imagined!!! Everyone was helpful and welcoming. My room was beautifully and comfortably appointed. Food was fantastic and large portions. The shuttle to and from the rest of... more

We loved this resort. The resort was beautiful. Our room was lovely. The views were incredible. Service was excellent, from the moment we checked in until we checked out. Everyone was nice and accommodating. It was a perfect get away and well worth it. more

This was my second trip to the Inn on Biltmore Estate and will not be my last. It is my perfect place to relax and enjoy a bit of luxury. From the moment we arrived we felt like valued guests, not hotel clients. Even though many conferences are held there, we never felt like we were in a business hotel.... more
