We visited Asheville last week and staged our stay by first spending the night of late afternoon arrival at the Hampton Inn, a perfect place for our first night. It was good, most satisfactory and an economical stay for that night. Next morning we moved to the Grand Bohemian, which is a lovely hotel with generous and interesting rooms for... More

staying at the Inn on the Biltmore Estate, was a wonderful experience. We went for their Elegant Christmas. The hotel is lovely and the view incredible. Included in the package is unlimited tours of the Estate, Christmas Eve and Christmas day dinners, along with breakfast every morning. If you have never seen America's largest private home, you are missing out... More

This is a great hotel...but holds the record for having the darkest bathroom I have ever encountered. Neither my husband nor I could see clearly enough to get ready for the day. Otherwise, our room lacked nothing. Perhaps other rooms have bathrooms with better light; I cannot say.

The property is lovely. The service is attentive, even elegant. While we were here, though, there was a fire alarm requiring evacuation. Sadly, the alarm was also 'elegant'...so we slept through what could have been a life threatening incident. Gratefully, after we realized that the delicate chime was indeed an evacuation alarm, we safely left our room. All turned out... More

Very convenient if you are touring the Biltmore Mansion. That's why we stayed here. We purchased a room/tour package that gave us unlimited trips thru the house during the Christmas holiday, plus a Candlelight tour. A shuttle takes you back and forth from the house to the Inn, and also the restaurants and the Antler Village. It is so nice... More

The Inn on Biltmore is wonderful. The attention to detail is unbelievable, from the robes and slippers to the chocolates left on your pillow from turndown service. The place is absolutely gorgeous. The rooms are spacious with spectacular views of the estate. The bathrooms were elegant. The bed was the nicest and most comfortable bed I have ever slept in.... More

First of all the reception desk was adequately staffed. When a large number of guests arrived at once, more people came from the back to help. The porters and valets were prompt, polite, and professional. The front desk staff were knowledgeable and shared the knowledge politely and completely. The dining room was fabulous and the staff there were as attentive... More

We are a well traveled group and stayed at the Inn in early January. It was still decorated for Christmas and quite lovely. The hotel and grounds are very nice. The standard room is rather small but the suites are spacious. The rooms have Keurigs and a turn down service that did a great job refreshing the room every evening.... More
