Seeing Biltmore Estate has always been on my bucket list. Check and done. We booked a room at the Inn on Biltmore Estate and found it to be very luxurious and comfy all at the same time. The room was large and very well appointed. The bed was beyond comfortable. The bathroom was quite large and even had a bathroom... More

Well run, nicely decorated hotel convenient to the Estate as well as Asheville sights. Rooms are functional and attractive, but perhaps rather too 1980's in style. Service was very friendly and efficient.

Once again come back from an excellent overnight at the Biltmore Village Inn. Arrived early enough to have drinks on the terrace overlooking to mountains. What a view! From the reception desk to the housekeeping staff the service was superb. Now comes the task of ordering the same sheets for our bed at home. I figured they might notice the... More

The most impressive aspect of our recent visit was the high level of service we experienced throughout our stay. The staff are uniformly well trained in their job functions and in guest relations. The Inn itself is beautifully appointed, the two restaurants have superb choices (the breakfast buffet is excellent/try the cheese grits!) rooms are comfortable and shuttle bus service... More

We stayed in a block of rooms facing the mountains for a Fall wedding. The room was beautifully decorated and conveniently arranged with a large desk with two desk chairs (the desk touches the wall on the short end of the desk so two people could work/meet at the desk easily), a comfortable chair near the window to watch television... This hotel and property are gorgeous. You can't turn your head without seeing a stunning view. My husband, 11 month old daughter, and I stayed here for four nights. Our room was large and comfortable (good for our mobile baby to explore) and I believe we only booked the basic room. The hospitality is incredible. Everyone was very nice and... More

I stayed at the Inn on Biltmore Estate for a work conference, and it was a pleasure to be there! The rooms are very well appointed, and spacious. The common areas are lovely and have breathtaking views of the surrounding areas, and the mansion (or as we called it "big house"), and the pool is refreshing. I enjoyed dinner in... More

Staying at the Inn on Biltmore Estate was an extremely relaxing and enjoyable experience. Being able to just park the car and walk down to the Winery and catch a tour helped make this an enjoyable experience. While the room was an average size hotel room, the quality was what set it apart. Having a room facing the mountains, winery,... More

Visiting "The Castle" has been a dream of mine for decades. The recent passing of a dear friend was the catalyst allowing a trip to S. C. Little did I realize, this "last minute choice" would become the gem in our long road trip. From the time Hunter parked our car, and Jonathon checked us in, to David in the... More

We booked a weekend to attend a Steely Dan concert on the grounds of the Biltmore mansion. The accommodations and food were worth the expense. However, the timing of the bus transportation, the long lines at the concession stand for beer, the logistics in general need work. People were still being ushered in as the concert was starting! Everything seemed... More
