Recently stayed at the Inn on our return from a month-long stay in Florida. Were looking for a respite from monotonous daily driving. We found it at the Inn and more. Beautiful hotel and wonderful and gracious staff. Our room was lovely. During our stay, we ate lunch and dinner at the inn. Would not recommend the Inn dining-room.....our meals... More

Many reviews have been written on this property. This is an exceptional place to stay. Everything about this property the Staff, rooms, cleanliness, restaurants, views, service, is five star. I showed my ID during check in and was told the military receive a discount for everything on the property. Sure enough during my stay the Inn, restaurants, and gift shops... More

I started visiting Biltmore Estate in 1971 and have continued to go ever since. It was a delight to learn that there was now a property on the ground where you could stay. The Inn is a very nice hotel with an excellent restaurant. It is a real plus to not have to enter the grounds every day, to have... More

Have been going to Biltmore since I was 10 years old, but was never fortunate enough to see it in the snow. We've just returned from a week long stay at the Inn and not one, but TWO beautiful snows occurred while we were there. We were treated like true Vanderbilts, as always, and had just the PERFECT visit. Room... More

Was there to celebrate my birthday, altho the weather was cold, the room we had was warm and cozy. We found the concierge desk to be very helpful in obtaining tickets, reservations, etc. The shuttle service is excellent. We enjoyed sitting by the large warm fireplace in the Library Lounge. I look forward to a return visit!!

This 5 star Inn located on the beautiful Biltmore Estate. We went in the off season and saved quite a bit, but still received excellent service. The rooms are comfortable and classy, and I would venture to say that there isn't a bad view from any of the rooms. Staff were all friendly and helpful. A snow front came through... More

I have traveled all over the world and Inn on Biltmore Estate is the finest hotel in which I have stayed. I was greeted by the Valet and Door Man immediately. I left all my cares behind because the wonderful staff took care of every need. The room was elegant and immaculate and I wanted for nothing. I had room... More

Make no mistake. Biltmore estate is worth the visit. inn at Biltmore while on the same property is not!!! they are nothing alike. I would say inn at Biltmore is more compatible to servants quarters than luxury anything. I expected someone to greet us upon arrival. sorry-no cigar. cheesy elevators and whole place looks to be quickly built without attention... More

We recently stayed here for our nieces wedding. It was a beautiful hotel. Well appointed, and luxurious bedding. We had a large walk in shower in out suite that was great. Our room looked out over a large field that we enjoyed watching deer and sheep in. The grounds have livestock and you occasionally get to see them out in... More
