By far the Best American Resort we have visited lately. The room was luxurious, the dinning room was lovely, the food was better than we had hoped for (not of NYC quality but very good for hotel food) and the service was impeccable. It is expense but "you get what you pay for". Tons to do, we visited the house... More

My daughter bought us tickets for a set date and time to go on a self guided tour of the Estate. It was decorated with a giant real tree with either original ornaments or replicas. All rooms were also in keeping with the period of the mansion. The grounds are big so lots of room to roam. There is a... More

Beautiful location, and nice rooms. The restaurant was good but nothing extraordinary. A bit expensive for what you get but worth staying at least once. We walked the grounds which you can do without staying here, which was a highlight.

How fun! So much to do we did not leave the property. Good was wonderful. Service impeccable and the scenery beyond compare. So restful. Did some hiking but would like to have done more. Unfortunately, we were there during a heat wave. Hiking had to be early or late in the day.

My husband and I were here for our anniversary in 2013 and we'll definately go back. There's nothing negative to say about this beautiful estate ( except that it's $$$$$). But it's well worth it! From the time you valet your car( and you won't need it again until you check out) the service is impeccable. Rooms are large and... More

The Biltmore estate and surrounding area of the Inn is absolutely gorgeous. Lots of out door activities and some interesting history, not to mention the beautiful landscape. Unfortunately, the Inn itself most certainly did not live up to expectations. I have stayed in a number of $400+/night hotels and this is not even in the same category. As a point... More

My husband and I traveled to the Inn on Biltmore Estate with four other couples to celebrate our birthdays. We stayed in a mountain view room with a balcony on the seventh floor. The view of the distant mountains was spectacular. The room was clean and well-decorated. I particularly appreciated the large bath with spacious countertops and a separate jetted... More

Just spent an anniversary on the estate. The hotel is striking, its setting delightful, public and guest rooms are spotless, package plans work well. It is well-staffed and for the most part they are very attentive and accommodating. Food in dining room ranged from very good (breakfast) to incredible (dinner). But it was too cold in the lobby, the dining... More

The Inn is an incredible hotel. It is quiet, peaceful and well staffed. I found it to be a wonderful spot to relax. There were several places to sit outside and read or have a drink or a meal. The grounds and surrounding area are breathtakingly beautiful and very well cared for. There seem to be plenty of things to... More

We traveled her for a quick family vacation with our children and in-laws. The visit was relaxing. Our tour of the Estate was during the holiday season. Although we went about five days before Thanksgiving we were lucky enough to enjoy the crisp autumn air and still enjoy the Christmas decorations. Evenings will chilly but not unbearable. The hotel was... More
