We planned on staying one night, spent two and wanted to stay the week. Everything was first class and the restaurant on site lived up to its five star rating. easily one the top five meals I've ever had and I've eaten in some over the top restaurants.

We have stayed at lovely hotels all over the world and we think the Biltmore is the best of them all! The staff is gracious, attentive, friendly and very pleasant. The grounds are beautiful and peaceful. The lobby, dining room and patios are beautiful. We enjoyed dinner in the dining room followed by a jazz group in the the library... More

Stayed here for spring break (Mar '15) with family. Excellent property on an outstanding location. Check in experience was great, parking was a breeze. Close to downtown Asheville attractions. All in all, it was a great experience. Two issues: a. Food options - Though there are a number of restaurants on the Inn and on the estate, they are not... More

My family and I booked a few days for a quick school break. Unfortunately, my son and I developed debilitating flu viruses. The staff gladly postponed our reservations for sporting clays etc. They were actually concerned we were so sick. We had to leave before our reservations were over and were refunded without question. It was a great place to... More

This hotel is definitely on the higher end of the budget, and the room availability is often limited. However, what you get is a fabulous hotel, great breakfast and excellent pool overlooking the Appalachians. Rooms included Wifi - and the service was excellent. Our room was at ground level, so there was a small patio which provided easy access to... More

Great check in experience. The valet was excellent. Beer and wine selections don't take advantage of the Asheville options....we found better selection elsewhere. Views are fabulous. Lobby and the library and the grounds are excellent. Accommodated late check out with ease. I would give a 5 but for the loud knocking that starts sharply at 9am. Make sure you lock... More

It's our second time at The Inn on Biltmore and will come back every time we have a chance! Very professional staff, beautiful rooms and delicious food and late night cocktails from their restaurant and bar! Make sure and follow the sigs, we took the long way to the hotel by mistake!

We received excellent service, and the meal was served promptly. The ladies had the Biltmore Club and I had the Roasted. Caesar with anchovies. The decor is lovely, and everything is very plus and welcoming. It was a gorgeous day, and we were seated looking out over the vineyard, and beyond you could see the Blue Mountains. After lunch, bear,... More

We were excited to visit this well known historical landmark. Upon arrival, the staff was quick to greet us and help unload the car as we had our hands full with our 10 month old child. Check in was easy but then things became a little unsettling. My wife and I both asked the concierge a question and his answer... More

A great place to spend a relaxing weekend with your significant other. The hotel is well appointed and located on the beautiful grounds of the Biltmore Estate. There are plenty of activities to keep you entertained from the Landrover Experience, the Spa, Antler Village & Winery, Horseback-riding, Hiking, to the famous Biltmore Mansion. There is also plenty of shopping nearby... More
