The Biltmore is a beautiful inn and location with more than enough shopping and dining spots to visit during your stay. The Vanderbilt home was a must see during the visit, with its lavish decor and history, the inn has managed to keep it true to the homes original look and feel. The best part of all was the breakfast... More

This is my 5th time staying at the Inn on the Estate and each time it was worth it. True, right up front I will say it is not cheap and it shouldn't be. The hotel is beautiful and the staff will do anything to make your stay better. I look for the package deals on the website because when... More

Dont spend your money on this inn. The rooms are small and the mattress was pitiful. When you look at their website you imagine staying at this beautiful castle. The reality is that you will pay a castle fee for an inn. The hotel is beautiful but nothing out if this world. Although the service was great it almost felt... More

Staying at the Inn and seeing the House decorated for Christmas has been on my Bucket List and the Inn didn't disappoint. From the moment we drove up, though our registration, and every meal, we felt like honored guests. Our room was spotless, sheets like soft velvet and thick towels. I cannot say enough good things about the Inn on... More

We only spent one night in this hotel. Our room was comfortable and clean and the views were good. We had dinner in the restaurant which was enjoyable but the only wine you could order was from their winery and was either too sweet or too dry. We gave up in the end and settled for gin and tonics! An... More

I stay here again and again because of the convince, comfort, food, and the extra help from the staff in getting things planned and being shuttled around. The breakfast buffet is fantastic, and the shuttle service is just way too convenient. The mountain view rooms have a great view of the valley and the distant mountains. Beds and rooms are... More

First of, I found it pretty pathetic that you have to drive almost three or even four miles down a dirt road up and down hill to get to a fancy esate. The only thing that I like was the exterior part and the garden. The inside is like a dungeon. There is no central air, only portable fans in... More

Set far off the main thoroughfare, the drive to the inn was as beautiful as the inn itself! The main lobby was magnificent with such a beautiful Christmas tree! Our room was beautiful with a lovely view of the mountains. The dining room and library lounge was wonderful! Food was fantastic! The mansion was spectacular and decorated to the hilt!!!... More

Everything here is beautiful. The views of the Smoky Mountains surround the hotel. Upon entering, beautiful arrangements of orchids grace the public areas. Beds very comfortable and room was quiet. Just wish we could have stayed longer.

It's rare to find such attention to detail in hotels any more. The Inn on Biltmore Estate is the exception. Everything was perfection in every way. Breathtakingly beautiful decor in every area. It is very expensive in my opinion; however, worth every penny for VERY special occasions. We had dinner at the winery but had the breakfast buffet at the... More
