This was our first stay and visit to the Biltmore property. Jonathan was extremely helpful and went above and beyond to accommodate our early check in request. While waiting to receive the call that our room was ready, we visited the gardens. The garden was absolutely beautiful with an array of colorful blooms! Visited each of the gift shops. Items... More

This is an expensive hotel. The packages may help if you want to see the estate home. It's worth a visit at least once. This is our second visit to the inn and it was great. The dinner at the bistro was outstanding! (Trout was superb) and breakfast with incredible views was great as well!

Stayed here for a conference and the view was great as well as the property. Food was excellent and pool was great for my little one. The staff seemed to always have a smile on their face and they went out of the way to take do the little extras. The rooms were a little smaller than most hotels that... More

This was our second visit and once again we experienced unprecedented service. In four days we did not experience one staff member that displayed less than exemplary service. If you want to be pampered -- this place is for you!

My fiance and I spent two nights at the Inn on Biltmore Estate this past weekend. We stayed in a Deluxe Room (622) with two double beds and a mountain view. The room and view were very nice, but the two things that make this Inn stand out are 1) the fantastic service and 2) the location to all the... More

We stayed at the Inn back in March before everything was in bloom, so we definitely missed out on the full potential of the location. Our room faced the Estate, which was cool because you could see the top of the estate towering over the trees off in the distance. Room was very comfortable and the Estate was magnificent to... More

Stayed at the inn for one night, as a stop over during our drive back from Charleston, SC to Louisville, KY, and had a fabulous time! (It's a perfect halfway point). As expected, the hotel was luxuriously appointed with a lot of old world charm, but yet very comfortable and inviting. We booked a room with two full-sized beds for... More

My husband and I stayed at the Inn on Biltmore Estate this past weekend. We've been to Biltmore dozens of times, but this was our first stay at the Inn. We had a Deluxe King room, which I think is probably the most "basic" room, but we were very pleased with it. It wasn't extremely large, but it was plenty... More

My Wife took me to the Biltmore Inn for my birthday for 2 nights. Best hotel experience ever. View almost as George Vanderbilt saw it. Food at the Inn was phenomenal. Second night we just trusted our waitress, Laura, to suggest wine pairing, entrees and desert. The Inn takes customer service to a level as high as the mountains. Dan

Driving to the Inn is breathtaking. Check in was gracious. My first room was akin to The Bellagio in Vegas. If you did not look outside, you would think you were at the Bellagio. A little worn, but pleasant; the worn part was concerning because of the pricepoint. When we arrived, the Inn was not filled to capacity. Asked specifically... More
