My wife & I truly enjoyed staying at the Inn. Once the valet took the car we never used it again. The shuttle service is great and gets you anywhere you would want to go. The drivers will give you the history of the area they are driving you thru & are very friendly. If you"re a wine drinker, you... more

Excellent service, excellent location, fantastic views, friendly staff - what is not to like? The Inn sits on a hilltop overlooking the winery which is a short downhill 1/4 mile stroll. The outdoor recreation center is also a 1/2 mile walk away. (Do the Segways - awesome !!). Convenient shuttle to the House, Gardens etc with super friendly drivers (reminded... more

Stayed only one night at the Inn, but it was well worth it...next time gotta stay two or three nights. King bed was very luxurious and comfortable..get the upgraded premium king w/the separate tub and shower and great views of Mt. Pisgah..worth the extra $$. We came to this Inn for our 30th wedding anniversary and to visit the Biltmore House. From the moment we drove into the front gate, we knew we were someplace special. We went to the Inn to check in and we knew we were early, but we just wanted to see if we could get our room, but it wasn't... more

The Inn was outstanding. The service was exceptional and the location can't be beat. The Dining Room served the best steak I've ever eaten. A shuttle service leaving every half hour to all parts of the estate was very conventient. You can walk to the winnery. more

My partner and I were on a driving trip around six states in the South-East USA. We had visited Biltmore 12 months before (Biltmore is another story and should be on every discerning traveller's list). The hotel is on the Biltmore estate in Asheville, NC about 2 miles from the house and in beautiful surroundings. The operation is run in... more

We just returned from a 5 day, 4 night stay at the Inn and it was absolutely perfect in every way. The rooms were subtle shades and highlighted the lovely views from the window. The sheets were smooth as silk and I'm a sheet snob. Every single employee you meet is friendly and willing to do whatever it takes to... more

My husband and I went for four nights to celebrate an anniversary. We paid extra for a larger room with a view, it was well worth it! We purchased the romance package which included valet parking, breakfast, dinner, champagne to the room and audio tour of the house. It was just perfect in every way. When we arrived the champagne... more
