I have never stayed at any 5-store resort with better service. Everyone was amazing! This started when we checked in and our room was upgraded (to a perfect view looking right at the Biltmore House in the distance) and sent a bottle of wine because our room hadn't been available for early check-in when we originally stopped by! All the... More

This was our second visit to the Inn. My husband surprised me by booking a suite this time. Oh my gosh! What a spacious, beautiful place. This suite had an entry area, a wet bar room with a wall of cabinets, sink, coffee maker and closet. A dining room, with buffet and dining table with 4 chairs, a living room... More

I stayed here this past week after standing in a wedding on the estate. The Hotel was very nice & the service was great. For those that are on a budget, this hotel is not for you. If you go into this trying to pinch pennies, you should just go stay @ a cheap place down the road. They cater... More

I was skeptical about expecting much given the location of this hotel catering to high volume tourism. But the experience was excellent! Room was all one could ask for, turndown service, good towels, coffee in room, and extremely responsive staff and management! And well located to spend a couple days in the Biltmore and it's lovely gardens. We dined in... More

Although we have visited the Inn on several occasions, this was our first opportunity to stay for the weekend. Location, Location, Location, perfect for visiting every part of the Biltmore grounds without ever needing your vehicle. The Inn itself is spectacular with it's oversized fireplace and windows everywhere to soak up the marvelous views. The Staff is exceptional. This property... More

My daughter and I stayed here after touring the Biltmore. The convenience of staying on the property made the cost of staying at the Inn justifiable. We took our time in the gardens, the winery, and Antler Village. The beds were comfy and the room had a Keurig with a good selection of teas and coffee with liquid creamer-a must... More

The Inn on Biltmore Estate was the final leg of our 3-state, 10 day vacation. We knew the estate and Inn were going to be special but we had no idea how wonderful it all would be! We began with a pre-arranged carriage ride, complete with the carriage ride amenity (a backpack with hot chocolate, libations and sweets). Our two... More

We are just back from a memorable mothers-day/birthday weekend at The Inn on the Biltmore Estate. Being somewhat of a hotel groupie, I love, love, love a good hotel, and the Inn is a great hotel! We had adjoining rooms with our daughter, son-in-law and two of their children. The younger family was in a suite and we were in... More

While the hotel is only 4 years or so old , the great thing about this location is the history of the estate - particularly as regards the Vanderbilt family . There is a display of clothing from the Downton Abbey television series tactically placed in the Vanderbilt home to coincide with the influence of various members of the family... More

The Inn on Biltmore Estate is an experience. Aside from its proximity to Biltmore House, it provides an incredibly picturesque setting and experience that, for a couple of days, transforms one’s normal day-to-day existence into one of romantic charm and elegance. We chose the two night “Romantic Package” which included admission to the House and Estate, an audio tour, full... More
