I had a business meeting at the restaurant and the client paid the bill. When I went to check out I noted they had also placed the charge on my room. I complained. They produced the bill and had changed the last name of my client to my last name and filled in my room number. This is unethical, unprofessional... More

We had an amazing stay. Check in was a breeze and our room was very nice. The property is very peaceful and just what we were looking for to celebrate our anniversary. The only thing (minor) we wished for were some lighter dining options. We will definitely be back!

We arrived in time for tea on the balcony overlooking the estate and the mountains. Next, we toured some of the shops and attractions to get in some exercise. Later, we returned to enjoy dinner in the restaurant. The three course dinner was delicious and very filling. I don't know how anyone could do the 5 or 7 course meal.... More

This was a return trip for us -- probably our fifth stay. The Blue Ridge Parkway is a favorite ride for us on the motorcycle and staying at the Inn on Biltmore has become part of that tradition. I will start by saying it is a splurge. We stay here because of the location, the views and the dining options... More

My wife and I stayed here for the first night of our honeymoon and couldn't have asked for anything more! There was a bottle of champagne waiting for us in our room when we arrived. Very thoughtful and definitely will be something we always remember!

We recently visited the Inn on Biltmore Estate. I planned this trip rather quickly - and wasn't sure about proximity of alternatives etc - so selected the Inn. We wanted to visit the Estate and have dinner at the Inn. ( both excellent and reviewed separately) We are not inclined to stay at budget chain hotels , or bed and... More

Just driving to the Inn is an experience. The Inn is set on the Biltmore estate and is a beautiful place. Phenomenal views of the surrounding mountains. The dining is first rate. Great place for romantic getaway or special celebration.

If I could live here, I would! From the moment you pull up to the hotel and they greet you, Welcome back Mr and Mrs....you know you are in for a treat! All the employees go above and beyond!! The interior of the hotel is just beautiful! Big and expansive, but still welcoming and honey. The couches and chairs throughout... More

We enjoyed the first class accommodations at the Inn. The public spaces are beautiful, the room is well appointed, and the outside gardens and sitting areas are spectacular! While it was a bit more formal than we like, the staff was genuinely interested in helping you and in making sure that your needs are met. We booked a summer special,... More

Love this hotel! Service is of excellent quality. Food is fabulous. The Sunday brunch buffet is out of this world. Comfortable quiet rooms and beautiful common areas. Grat location. We drove back late after an evening meal at Limone's and pub hopping...to follow a herd of deer back across the lovely grounds to the hotel.
