Very nice and comfortable place in Asheville. We stayed in this lovely B&B's Biltmore room for three days and we really enjoyed the time in this hotel. B&B staffs were kind and warm-hearted and their breakfast was served in a very nice way. We especailly loved the garden and its neighborhood as well as the beautiful room with antique furniture.

We recently stayed at Hill House B&B for two nights during a fall trip to Asheville. The location of the inn is fantastic, as it is very close to the downtown area and all that it has to offer. We chose to drive downtown, because parking is ample and very cheap, but some of the more energetic guests walked. Very... More

We stayed here three nights and found our room comfortable but on the tight side. The breakfasts served on the porch were quite tasty and overlooked a well kept yard and garden. The house is a little too far from downtown for most to want to make the walk but they do have ample off street parking. We only interacted... More

It's hard to address the comments because this reviewer is anonymous. Hill House, however, has booked only once this year to guests from Minneapolis, and, assuming this is the reviewer, (s)he stayed in our Battery Park room. Yes, there could be another 6 or 12 inches between the foot of the bed and the wall opposite, but once one walks... More

Hillside is personal. We arrived at 3:00 PM, rang the bell, entered, and said Yoo Hoo as the sign instructed us to do. We were met by a smiling young pixie who instantly made us feel at home. Your room is right here she said and in we went into the S&W room, ground floor, right by the parking lot.... More

We agree that a couch would be nice to watch movies, but there simply isn't space in the room. There are two armchairs, which while they don't face the television are light enough to be moved to a position where they would. More

This was our first time at a B&B. And I'm hooked! It was truely a wonderful experience and I can't wait to come here again. The staff was great, food very tasty and the rooms beautiful. At first I was a little leary of our room. The entrance was right across the dining room. Not something I needed not to... More

The Hill House was a perfect place to stay and sight see around Asheville. The staff was very helpful and accomodating. The rooms were clean, cozy and comfortable. The breakfast was delicious and the snacks, afternoon wine and d'oeuvres were a very nice extra touch. I would stay there again when we are in town.

As a true supporter of Trip Advisor I am pleased to give Hill House a 5* rating. The breakfasts were outstanding, facilities first rate. Most of all we liked meeting the other guests and found Asheville to be a great place to visit. Restaurants with unique food at great value plus of course, Biltmore added to our relaxed 3 day... We stayed in the cottage house with our dog and were very comfortable. Wine on the porch in the afternoon was wonderful. Breakfasts were very nice. The location of the B&B couldn't be beat and we found more than enough to keep us busy in Asheville.

Great place to stay in Asheville! Wonderful, spacious house; delicious and bountiful breakfast; friendly and helpful staff; lovely room with a very comfortable bed; and a beautiful garden with a hammock. Afternoon wine and appetizers on the porch was a especially nice. I can't wait to return.

This was a wonderful B & B! Great room (we were in the Biltmore) and exceptional breakfast. AND a huge plus was that it was walking distance from downtown Asheville! It was our first experience at a B & B, we plan to go this route from now on.
