Nice hotel, close to downtown and dog friendly. Decor is old, so rooms are clean but not that pretty. The heater/cooling system is so loud that it would wake me up several times at night. When I finally turned it off to be able to sleep, the room got hot and stuffy very quickly. Pillows are also flat and unconformable.... More

The restroom did not look very clean, but rather less maintained. There was this bad smell out of AC, which is nor pleasant of course. However the breakfast was fantastic, people were lining up for food.

The price was the most reasonable in Asheville at $109 a night, but on arrival we knew we had a budget hotel. It's just an old hotel. The clientele is not something I want my young daughters seeing again... Random tailgating & loud sex upstairs. The inside of the room had sticky carpet and a front door that kept opening... More

This was our second stay at this hotel. My daughter and I stayed there last October on a trip to visit Biltmore. We liked the location of the hotel and it's convenience to restaurants and the mall and just a short distance from Biltmore. When we planned a second trip to celebrate my daughter's 27th birthday by visiting the "Dressing... More

We booked this hotel for a graduation that we were going to. It was perfect for us. It is a little older but still very well maintained. The pool was not open yet, but it had a very nice sitting area, and I imagine it will be really nice when it is open. The shower was pretty small, but again,... More

Upon arrival there was a large bug crawling on ceiling in room and a dead smashed bug on wall. Staff moved us to different room. Bathroom in new room had black spots on wall and ceiling & mole stains behind door & large piece of dust. Reported it to staff & no attempt was made to come clean it. Stay... More

1 1/2 miles to downtown. 3 miles from Biltmore Estates. Shopping and restaurants galore. Clean rooms, friendly staff, good pricing and best of all they allowed pets. In my opinion. PERFECT.
