This hotel just opened 4/09 so it is very clean and reasonably priced. The location is right off of the expressway so the surroundings are not attractive, but it is very close to the Biltmore Estate. The staff was very courteous and attentive. Breakfast is included. My husband and I could not have asked for more. We would definitely stay... more

My wife & I reserved a room at Brookstone Lodge for a two night stay based on the good reviews here on Trip Advisor. The hotel is about six months old and very, very clean. Stayed here on Nov 6-7 2009 with friends to visit the Biltmore. I found this hotel to have impecable clean rooms, the most comfortable bed I have ever slept in and a wonderful breakfast selection. The staff was responsive to our every need and I would recommend this hotel to everyone. more

We had a very pleasant stay at Brookstone for 3 nights -- just the comfort we needed after 10 days of travel that started in Washington DC. This hotel was perfect for our "girls get-a-way" to the Biltmore. It's a convenient straight shot out of their driveway to the Biltmore Gate. The hotel is new, beds are very comfortable, the rooms are clean and well appointed and the Staff is very accomodating and helpful. We just returned from a two day and a five day stay at the Brookstone Lodge. (We stayed in Boone in between the two stays.) The hotel was excellent in all respects. The staff were very friendly and helpful, the rooms well furnished and pleasant, good complimentary breakfast and evening coffee, excellent pool, good location. Near the I40 but, even though we were near the freeway, the noise was not intrusive. I would heartily recommend. more

Booked a "Dinner and a chef package" that turned out to be a joke. The dinner cost over $100 and the restaurant was a dump - found out later it was a converted biker's bar. Stay away from this package. The website for this hotel is misleading. Not as nice as the photos look. more
