Booked with prior knowledge of construction issues. Very pleasant experience. Staff friendly and helpful. Room newly renovated. Bed and linens very comfortable with high end feel. Very clean with the bells and whistles you expect. Restaurants and downtown nearby. A real nice visit.

this place was a horrible experience. Service is terrible and the staff gets attitude. I requested for towels since the one they had, had spots on them but i never got them. Bathroom toilet had stains it was really dirty.the breakfast seemed like they were using couple days food to let their customers eat

We stayed here for a weekend get-a-way to Asheville. The price was right, staff was friendly. Gave us a great recommendation to try "Farm Burger" on Patton Ave in downtown Asheville. The location was perfect for me, close to the Red Hat Amphitheatre, that´s why I took this one. Friendly and charming receptionist gave me my room even it was 11am in the morning when I arrived. The room was okay, nothing special but allright for an overnight stay. Breakfast was very limited.

Motel is a good value and is close to down town. Construction to the front entrance made access a little difficult. But this is a temporary problem. The breakfast menu is a little skimpy and the coffee was not very good. But the room was clean and comfortable as was the bed.
