My husband, mom and I stayed at the Interlaken with our 6-month-old baby plus our dog. It was perfect for us. We immediately felt comfortable and it was a great home-base for exploring Asheville. The kitchen had everything we needed and the location was great -- just minutes from the grocery store, restaurants, shopping, the interstate. The cabin was a... more

Honestly we chose this place initially due to their acceptance of pets as members of the family. We continued to narrow down the list of Asheville dog-friendly locations and due to the overwhelmingly positive reviews, we pulled the trigger on Asheville Swiss Chalets. We were certainly not disappointed. For our visit, we chose the Matterhorn chalet in order to give... more

My wife and I, accompanied by our dog, spent 5 great nights in the Geneva, one of the cabins at the Asheville Swiss Chalets. A short drive up a winding road places you above and away from the bustle of the city. The little neighborhood where the chalets are located is best described as serene. The Geneva has a tastefully... more

"My husband and I could not have found a more wonderful place to celebrate our anniversary than the Asheville Swiss Chalets. The cottage was lovely, the setting serene and Judy thought of everything - no detail overlooked! The location is perfect! We were secluded in a mountainside forest, and yet only 3 minutes away from the vibrant downtown Asheville! What... more

My husband and I stayed in the Interlaken Asheville Swiss Chalet along with our dog. We were very impressed with the amount of time and care that clearly went into every detail of this cabin. We felt like we were far, far away from the hustle and bustle of our lives yet we could go to town in a matter... more

Most cabins accommodate more than two people and their prices reflect that - but the owners of Asheville Swiss Chalets recognize that lots of people travel in pairs instead of groups and set their prices accordingly. My husband and I stayed in the Zurich which had two bedrooms, a study, a living area , a great balcony with a view... more

Just spent 2 nights at the Alpine cottage and it could not have been better. Tastefully and thoughtfully appointed. Everything you need is there right down to cooking spices. Just like staying in your own home. Located in densely wooded area with beautiful views but just minutes from downtown Asheville, the Blue Ridge Parkway, etc. Our Portuguese Water Dog was... more

We stayed at the Geneva last September to visit Asheville. We wanted to bring our medium sized dog and this was really the only place I could find online that was pet-friendly. That was the best thing about the place. The Geneva cabin is definitely the smallest, and was an okay price- but boy is this place tiny. The front... more
