This hotel was close enough to downtown, restaurants, etc. Average room but clean and quiet. more

For the money, this was a good basic hotel. The staff was very friendly.... but the place looked like it needed a bit of an overhaul.... more

We only paid 76$ the night we stayed because they have a government/military rate and my husband is active military. For this price, it is well worth it. It is an older hotel, but it was clean and the service was good, could have been because we are Marriott Rewards members. Close location to downtown, about 10$ cab ride for... more

We just stayed at this hotel. It is far below average Marriott standards. The room was on the third floor, 328. The hotel needs renovation. The bathroom was flat out ugly, especially the Jacuzzi tab. Also way overpriced for the hotel of this class. Next to it is Hampton Inn, which would have been a better option. Also, do not... more

Very nice budget hotel right off Tunnel Road in Asheville. Close to downtown, the mall and easy to access. Nice indoor pool and outdoor sundeck. The staff was very friendly. Beds were nice and bathrooms clean. more

The check in process was smooth and the lobby was small but clean and neat. The room was on the second floor. They use a generous amount of Febreeze. Once the air got going, it improved the stuffiness of the room. All amenities were standard hotel issue. One concern about housekeeping - linens were not changed the one night I... more

Standard order Courtyard. No surprises but boring in my opinion. I guess the no surprises is why we stay here though? Be warned: the beds are worn out and uncomfortable. I complained and got sort of a shrug that they were all like that. I learned they were due for new ones in a few months. I ended my stay... more

Well, My husband and I planned a weekend getaway to Asheville but were too late to book a Bed and Breakfast like we wanted to. The only decent hotel room we could find was in the Courtyard. I have never stayed in the Courtyard before so I don't know how it compares. However, I do think that it was very... more

We stayed here for one night we booked the room with points, but were very disappointed...the room smelled of smoke although it was supposed to be a non smoking room. We were very tired after driving for 12 hours so didnt bother to complain, The beds were rather soft, room decor was rather dingy....but clean overall. The hallways and stairwells... more

I can not believe that this hotel is considered a Courtyard Marriott. I was disappointed form the time the reservationist picked up the phone and that should have been my red flag. The person , booked the room incorrectly and when I called back to get this corrected, I was forced to speak with a rude customer service person, who... more
