We've found Marriott's Courtyard product to be consistently reliable. Rooms and common areas are clean and well-maintained, operation is efficient, and staff is friendly and helpful. Standard amenities include free wi-fi, fitness room and small business center; this one also has an indoor pool and spa. Cooked breakfast is not free, and not that great, nor are there many good... more

We thoroughly enjoyed our 3 night stay. The Courtyard is on Buckstone place, a quiet little road up a landscaped hill from the busy Tunnel road so it was more quiet and pleasant than other hotels nearby. The rooms, clearly newly renovated was "boutique-like", quiet and comfortable. We booked a king room (just off lobby near pool and was still... more

This Marriott Courtyard is off Tunnel Rd., along with a couple of other mid-range chain motels. It only takes a few minutes to get to downtown Asheville, or the interstate, so it is a convenient location. The rooms are fairly large, and appear to have been updated recently. There's a small indoor pool -- a plus for families with kids,... more

Spent a night at this hotel during a work trip and found it to meet the high Marriott standard. The room that I had on the 3rd floor looks like it had been recently updated with modern new furniture, wallpaper, etc. all of which was very comfortable. The hotel offered a couple of computers for accessing internet in addition to... more

We only paid 76$ the night we stayed because they have a government/military rate and my husband is active military. For this price, it is well worth it. It is an older hotel, but it was clean and the service was good, could have been because we are Marriott Rewards members. Close location to downtown, about 10$ cab ride for... more

We just stayed at this hotel. It is far below average Marriott standards. The room was on the third floor, 328. The hotel needs renovation. The bathroom was flat out ugly, especially the Jacuzzi tab. Also way overpriced for the hotel of this class. Next to it is Hampton Inn, which would have been a better option. Also, do not... more
