We visited Asheville in April 2015 for a famous Bloom festival in the Biltmore, and we brought our infant baby with us. Hotel looked very clean, staff was friendly and professional. When they saw our stroller, they offered us room on the first floor (which I wasn't too pleased about at first). It turned out to be the great choice,... More

The rooms are clean and well appointed with sofa and desk. Good breakfast choices, however, breakfast is not included in the room rate. Breakfast prices are reasonable and served to your table after you order at the "bar". Convenient location.

All hotels in Asheville were priced higher for my date, but at $230 for a king room, I would have liked a better place. We were on the first floor and the first room was damp and smelly-almost like a locker room. The staff was happy to show us another room and it too was musty, but not as damp... More

Stayed 1 night. Clean room, comfy bed, very helpful staff. Convenient to walk up into the Main Street for a meal. Short drive to get onto blue ridge parkway. Free wifi, no safe in room but had fridge.free car park outside.

We stayed here when visiting the Biltmore. Location wasn't the greatest but no big deal because the staff was extremely friendly, the decor bright and updated and there was a nice gym and pool area. I would stay here again. The hotel is about 10 minutes from the Biltmore.

I stayed 1 night and my sisters joined me next night before we went out to tour and stay at the Biltmore. This Courtyard is very close to shopping and restaurants. When I checked in, I was warmly greeted. Due to my Marriott status, I got a room on top floor away from the elevators. Previous reviews mentioned noise and... More

I was going to only give four stars but felt that would be unfair as the negatives are things the hotel itself has no control over. More about them later.... I usually favor Hilton properties but we booked this through the Biltmore. First and foremost, all areas were very clean. A huge plus! The beds were very comfortable and for... More

The Biltmore actually had a special, booking hotels in town via their website. We had a very nice room, breakfast every morning, tickets to Biltmore, lunch at Biltmore and audio tour, all included in the price. The price was comparable to another hotel in town that was not as nice. GREAT DEAL!
