My Mom made reservations for a room with two beds in it. We got here and they were out of rooms with double beds so they gave us 2 rooms but we only had to pay for one of them. I liked that. My hotel room was very clean. The only thing I did not like was the towel left... More

I stayed at the Extended Stay in Asheville NC. You get what you pay for, but beware of the smoking fee. The facilities were modest and acceptable. The main problem I had was that the hotel charged me $277.00 extra because they said I smoked in the room. They did not notify me of this extra charge and I only... More

Clean/ comfy / & perfect for the occasion. We are creatures of habit. I'm sure that I will be back. The young lady at the front desk was really sweet to tell us about the local places to visit. Oh yeah, I'm not gonna make "mother of the year" again! !... (no pool = unhappy child) so, just a FYI... More

This was my first time at an Extended Stay. The room was clean, quiet and very comfortable. The hotel has been recently refurbished. The bed was very comfortable, there is a nice recliner. In the evenings there was plenty of work space for me to use without having to sit on my bed. The staff was extremely accommodating and helpful.... More

The employees were nice, although my husband had to explain a few times that we were using points from our credit card, not charging the room; she needed assistance from another clerk to check us in. The room was tidy and clean enough, but had a strong and very strange smell. We stopped in Ashville for the night on our... More

The value based traveler may find Extended Stay reasonable. Unlike some other reviewers we found the staff professional and helpful. Our room was clean, quiet and comfortable and the rate was excellent. That said, we would not stay again. They emphasize long time stay, not overnight travelers. The bare kitchen was pointless. The absent lobby seating was not welcoming. I... More

We frequently stay in extended stay america when traveling and this has been the friendliest one so far. We have dogs and mostly it is uncomfortable to travel with them because not each town is really dog friendly, but this hotel makes traveling with animals easier. It would be nice if a small fenced in area for all of the... More

Even though this building is under construction, We were willing to overlook it due to getting a great rate. However, the first room we were in, the heat did not work. We had to repack everything and get a new room. Neither room had Amenities. A bar of soap and one tiny tube of shampoo. No conditioner, no lotion, no... More

Stay at extended stays a lot because of work. This one is by far the best. Love the manager and staff. They go out of their way to help. Rooms are always well cleaned. Close to downtown and the hospitals.

I work in the hospitality industry at a Hyatt hotel. Never in my life have been asked to call back in five minutes just to get transferred to a room. Call back no one picks up the phone then due to no answer I get transferred to central. Then when I ask for the room he then informed me to... More
