Spent two nights using two rooms for a family visit to the Vanderbilt Estate. Very good pricing for the area. The rooms were clean and furnished along conventional motel lines. The bathrooms are tiny but didn't pose a problem. One toilet sprang an internal leak on a Sunday night when there was no maintenance person on site. We were immediately... More

We have stayed at the GuestHouse International twice this year while visiting Asheville, NC. We got an incredible rate through Hotwire. While it seems like it wouldn't be a promising place, the location relative to Biltmore Village and the entrance to the Biltmore is perfect. It's oddly situated on the far side of the parking lot for the Texas Roadhouse... More

The manager was at the desk morning, noon and night. He answered all your questions and was very kindhearted. The rooms were good having blankets underneath the sheets, and blankets at the bottom of the beds so that you were warm when you slept at night. The bathroom was very clean, it has a fridge, and a lot of channels... More

We stayed in room 112 this past weekend and was immediately struck by the strong odor of cat pee. I went to the front desk and asked to be moved, but as we suspected, suspiciously no other rooms were available. I was offered an air freshener and lame excuse that perhaps I was smelling ammonia from the cleaning crew. Having... More

VERY close to the entrance to Biltmore. It's an average hotel with clean rooms and a good breakfast. It shares the same parking lot the Texas Roadhouse restaurant. I was please with this choice because I could easily get to the Biltmore and to The Blueridge Parkway from this hotel.

Stayed here 2 nights for Avett Brothers concerts. Got a good price through Priceline express deal. Very convenient for downtown. Small bathroom but it and the room was clean. Refrigerator provided. Nice that hot breakfast was included. We got back around 10:45 each night from concert, and the parking lot was pretty full, and very tight trying to maneuver thru.... More

Very good hotel. Got a great deal on hotwire - $56/night for 2.5 star room. Breakfast is better than most. No elevators if you are handicapped, but only a quarter mile to the main gate of the Biltmore. Short walk to Biltmore village. Nice rooms, good showers and beds. Free USA Today in the morning. Bit of a steep driveway,... More

This is a good hotel. It doesn’t have all the fancy things that some hotels have but it is very functional. This room was clean and the air conditioner worked well! The bathroom was small but it had a toliet and shower so what else could you really ask for. The continental breakfast was a nice surprise. But the location... More
