We recently stayed at Sleep Inn Biltmore in Ashville NC. After many hours on the road, we had already stopped at 2 other hotels to be told that all "accessible" rooms were booked for the night (although their parking lots were empty). At Sleep Inn, not only did they have a room available, they were able to switch us to... More

The Sleep Inn Biltmore is right off the interstate highway and literally seconds away from the main entrance to the estate, earning it top marks for convenience. Check-in was quick and parking was close for an interior access hotel. Our dual-bed room was clean enough but tiny. It had no microwave oven and no refrigerator but there is a microwave... More

We travel from coastal NC to Nashville frequently to visit our daughter. We usually make the 10-hour drive straight through because we travel with our 2 rescue pups. We are thrilled to have discovered this very friendly "pet-friendly" hotel, which gives us a great stopping off place with our doggies. The room was very clean and well-appointed. We didn't have... A great option for affordable travel to beautiful Asheville. The staff were friendly, knowledgable, and prompt in responding to requests for towels. The rooms were clean, and all of the plumbing and necessities worked. The breakfast was mostly instant products, but they were available in plentiful quantities.

We have made this modest but solid hotel our place when we stay in Asheville. This is a town with lots of expensive hotels so we feel fortunate to have found this place with its economical price. There's nothing fancy about it but it has everything we need to be comfortablle. It's conveniently located near downtown and the Biltmore Estate.... More

It is a little over priced for what you get, but then again, this is Asheville. The Staff were all very pleasant. The room was very clean at all times. I found our room to be very dated. No renovation in a while, but still maintained well. Over all just fine for our needs. Would stay here again.

Fast check-in. Pet friendly. Clean and up to date decor. Pool and gym was located in the hotel next door. Continental breakfast was typical and nothing special. Historical Asheville is within walking distance. Can purchase tickets for a discount at the front desk for the Biltmore Mansion.

way over priced for what is there...over $100 is way too much for a room there..but its a nice place..the rooms are tiny..the bathroom is even tinier..when we got to the room it had a funky smell to it...but I was not even there for 24 hours...so I dealt with it...fairly clean room..I did see gum in the carpet next... Our check-in experience was great, all because desk clerk Scott bent over backwards to accommodate our requests. Room was clean and comfortable with great shower. We had positive experience with continental breakfast, certainly better than some others that we've had. Attendant was on hand to replenish breakfast supplies. Stoplight provides easy in and out access to the Inn. Will definitely stay... More

It was my first time here and I was here only one night for business in Asheville. It is a very convenient location and it is tucked away so it is quiet. There are no automatic doors to enter the building, so FYI if you have a lot of luggage or are disabled. Check-in was quick and staff was friendly.... More
