This is the former Sleep Inn, and I wish I'd known that before I reserved here. I didn't know there had been a change of name and ownership. We stayed at the Sleep Inn when just driving through Ashville, and I was upset to find us there again. The rooms are so small you can't turn around in them. The... More

We recently stayed at the Biltmore Village Lodge for two nights as there was no other hotels available in the area under $300 a night. The price was fair, the rooms were clean and the breakfast was satisfactory. That's about it. The rooms are beyond dated; when we walked in I asked my husband if he thought the rooms were... More

Location is great for sightseeing, safe beautiful area right at Biltmore Estate and Village. Hotel was clean and in good repair. Adaquate for short stay. Room was small but clean, in good shape, bed was comfortable. Room was good for the price. No issues there. Staff was not helpful. Young man at front desk not very personable and not helpful.... The best feature of this hotel was its beds and it was clean. This hotel was recently converted from Sleep Inn to the Biltmore Village Lodge due to "franchising issues". The hotel is in desperate need of updating. Most of the hotel appears to be from the 80's. The rate for this hotel in the current condition is too high,... More

All I have to say is that the whole hotel smells like mold and is very dark. Beds were very uncomfortable even though it is advertised as having temperpedic. Cleanliness was also an issue since there were many stains on the linens. For the price, stay somewhere else in the area!

The only way I would stay here again is if every other hotel in Asheville was sold out. For multiple nights it's an inconvenient place to stay. No guest laundry - was told I could do my laundry at one of their other hotels. They did have a laundry service but it is expensive. No refrigerator or microwave. Our phone... More

We recently stayed at Sleep Inn Biltmore in Ashville NC. After many hours on the road, we had already stopped at 2 other hotels to be told that all "accessible" rooms were booked for the night (although their parking lots were empty). At Sleep Inn, not only did they have a room available, they were able to switch us to... More

The Sleep Inn Biltmore is right off the interstate highway and literally seconds away from the main entrance to the estate, earning it top marks for convenience. Check-in was quick and parking was close for an interior access hotel. Our dual-bed room was clean enough but tiny. It had no microwave oven and no refrigerator but there is a microwave... More

We travel from coastal NC to Nashville frequently to visit our daughter. We usually make the 10-hour drive straight through because we travel with our 2 rescue pups. We are thrilled to have discovered this very friendly "pet-friendly" hotel, which gives us a great stopping off place with our doggies. The room was very clean and well-appointed. We didn't have... A great option for affordable travel to beautiful Asheville. The staff were friendly, knowledgable, and prompt in responding to requests for towels. The rooms were clean, and all of the plumbing and necessities worked. The breakfast was mostly instant products, but they were available in plentiful quantities.
