Not as advertised. Horrible rooms. Nonexistent bathroom. Front desk hospitality terrible. Gravely disappointed. Advertised pool & gym when you actually have to travel next door to the doubletree. Go elsewhere

Stayed at this hotel for the Asheville Marathon held at Biltmore Estates. Location could NOT have been better for Biltmore. The folks that work the front desk were incredibly happy to welcome everyone who arrived. The room was standard. Bed was semi-memory foam. I thought it would be an issue but was actually pretty comfortable. The bathroom was small. Not... More

Arrived from a 6 hr trip just to know that the beds I reserved and called in to confirmed where not cleaned and they should refund the money. It's to easy for them to say they will refund the money. I'm traveling with kids and end up looking for a new hotel to stay in. Beware! Great hotel to ruin... More

Clean, crisp, fresh-smelling room for a very reasonable rate in walking distance of Biltmore Village shops and restaurants. Modest breakfast, courteous staff. The lack of bedside lamps would be a nuisance if you want to read a book in bed, but it is no problem if you are reading from a tablet.

The hotel was in a perfect location for our tour of the Biltmore Estate. The driveway for the estate was longer than the drive from the hotel. Check in was easy and staff helpful. Unfortunately these were the only positive things about the hotel. It was clean but was very tired in appearance. The room was small, did not have... More

I'm an elderly woman. I had to travel to visit family at the Mission hospital so I decided to stay close. When I got to the hospital the staff told me about this hotel and the special rate they have for us. When I got here a nice young man Scott helped me not only check in but he carried... More

Stayed there one night on Feb 14th. The room was clean. The staff were very friendly and helpful. The guy who checked us in (Alex?) was very helpful. I would probably stay there again on my next trip to the Biltmore. The breakfast is your basic continental breakfast of bagels, cereal, toast, coffee, juice, etc.

On Monday, 27 of Jan. 2015 I had a very pleasant, 18 hour stay at this facility. The accommodations were exceptionally clean and efficient. The amenities modern; bed, pillows, climate control and H2O pressure. Morning self-serve breakfast was exactly what I needed. Simple, healthy and fresh - not complicated. Front desk staff and room maids were North Carolina friendly and... More
