I was meeting friends who were staying at the Double Tree Lodge by Hilton but I was late making reservations but found this right next door and you can use most of the ammenities of the Double Tree at half the price. Now the rooms are not as fancy, but the staff more than makes up for it. I would... More

Rooms are very small. Pillows were very shabby. Had to request Kleenex and toilet paper the 2nd day, and condiments for coffee were not replaced. Breakfast was a little sub-par and the room was susceptible to doors slamming and other noises. However, the room was very clean and devoid of any offensive odor. Price was average, but property was not... More

First off I have to say that the staff at this hotel is absolutely top notch. No one has ever gone so far out of their way to make me feel wanted or appreciated. Magan and Scott at the front desk helped me find things to do and places to eat. Both of them worked together to help create a... More

My friend booked this hotel for us for a girls trip and it was a decent price comparatively. Asheville hotels especially close to the Biltmore are not cheap. Which leads me to the most positive thing I can say about this hotel….location. It's in a really great spot especially if your primary goal is to visit the Biltmore. You still... More

This was an older hotel with smaller rooms but it worked quite well for us. We were transporting 2 dogs from the south up to Pa in order to find people to adopt them. We were only at the room a short time and did some sight seeing before we got the dogs. The staff were very nice and did... More

This is an older hotel in need of updating. I booked a room for 2 nights here as there weren't any reasonably priced rooms left in town. The front desk staff were friendly and we were pleasantly surprised that breakfast was included. We also appreciated that they are pet friendly so we didn't need to leave our furry kid behind.... This is the former Sleep Inn, and I wish I'd known that before I reserved here. I didn't know there had been a change of name and ownership. We stayed at the Sleep Inn when just driving through Ashville, and I was upset to find us there again. The rooms are so small you can't turn around in them. The... More

We recently stayed at the Biltmore Village Lodge for two nights as there was no other hotels available in the area under $300 a night. The price was fair, the rooms were clean and the breakfast was satisfactory. That's about it. The rooms are beyond dated; when we walked in I asked my husband if he thought the rooms were... More

Location is great for sightseeing, safe beautiful area right at Biltmore Estate and Village. Hotel was clean and in good repair. Adaquate for short stay. Room was small but clean, in good shape, bed was comfortable. Room was good for the price. No issues there. Staff was not helpful. Young man at front desk not very personable and not helpful.... The best feature of this hotel was its beds and it was clean. This hotel was recently converted from Sleep Inn to the Biltmore Village Lodge due to "franchising issues". The hotel is in desperate need of updating. Most of the hotel appears to be from the 80's. The rate for this hotel in the current condition is too high,... More
