My wife and I stayed at the Hampton Inn Asheville - 1-26 Biltmore Square last week as we celebrated our 40th anniversary. We were very impressed by the hotel, the staff and the special services provided. Not only did Cassie recommend some great local restaurants, but the hotel offers door to door service to restaurants within a five mile radius.... More

We stayed here on our way to Hilton Head. The front desk staff were very helpful and even printed off directions for our next day's trip. One of the Housekeeping staff was very helpful in dealing with a problem with our room key. The pool area was clean and the water a comfortable temperature. There was a nice variety of... More

We had a fantastic time, the hotel room was just what we've come to expect from a Hilton Brand. The room was neat, clean and decorated nicely. The staff could not have been any better, they were always willing to go that extra mile. The front desk was maned by a gentleman named Brad who could not have been any... More

The Month of October is a beautiful time of the year for an excursion to the Smokies. The best time is just as the leaves turn and the evenings turn a crisp 45 degrees at night and a breezy 65 or 70 in the day. The Hampton was at capacity and the staff was working hard. Their efforts made sure... More

Thank you for reviewing our hotel, I am glad that your family member loved the hotel room, but that our breakfast was not up to our usual standards. I will find out exactly what happened regarding the biscuits being out, and I apologize that the gravy was not to their liking. I take all comments very seriously and look into... More

I would recommend this hotel for anyone. We had a great time sitting near the fireplace in the lobby drinking hot cider and hot chocolate. The staff were helpful in directing us to the Biltmore Estate and recommended great places to eat at in the area. It was a very positive experience.

It's been about 19 years since my first stay at Hampton Inn. I hope it won't be that long again. The accommodation was very comfortable - the beds were clean and comfy. Our only issue were the cheese omelets and sausages. It would have been better to have scrambled or poached eggs and the sausages were rather greasy. The bagels... More

Hotel is clean and the rooms have been updated very nicely, but the hotel is obviously an older building---low ceilings, one very slow elevator and no bathroom fan. Did not sample the breakfast so can't comment on that. My biggest complaint is the location--no restaurants in the area. Its at least a 10 minute drive to downtown. I really have... More

Thank you for your comments regarding our hotel. Our hotel was completely renovated 4 years ago you are correct that the structure was not changed. Our location is about 10 minutes from the downtown area, but we do have some unique local restruants very close and the Biltmore Square Park has 131 an amazing restruant farm to table. We also... We are Hampton members and appreciate the positive experience we usually have. Pool was good, hot tub not quite hot enough but OK. Room was clean but bathroom floor was not clean. Very convenient to Biltmore Estate.

Great hotel at a great price provided relaxing evening and two days Biltmore Estate "length of stay" admission. The pool/hot tub at the hotel was great to stretch the muscles after a day of walking and stair climbing. Strongly recommend that you stay in this hotel when traveling to Asheville.
