This was our first time to Asheville - my husband, daughter (5 years old) and I stayed over the July 4 weekend. I really chose it based on price and looking at the pictures on the Interet. I have to say, this hotel is AWESOME!! First of all, the front desk staff were the nicest group I have ever encountered.... more

I visited the mountains in Asheville this weekend and found this newly renovated hotel. The staff was pleasant and helpful. It is in a wonderful location near shopping, the Farmer's Market, and the North Carolina Arboretum. I will definitely come back to this one! more

My daughter and 3 grandchildren stayed with me at the Hampton Inn and other family visited us at the hotel. We were celebrating the birthday of one of the granddaughters. The entire staff was amazing from beginning to end. We arrived late and worn out - check in was a dream - quick, friendly, and efficient. They had fresh cookies... more

My hubby and I just returned from a long weekend anniversary trip to the Asheville area. We were very pleased with the Hampton Inn -- we've always felt that the hotel chain offered good value for the money, but the newly-renovated hotel at Biltmore Square was a real step above. The decor and furnishings were upscale, the room and lobby... more

We were there for a short visit and this hotel has made grat improvements. The new rooms and lobby are the best - It looks brand new and upgraded to luxury for a Hampton Inn. Do not miss this hotel if you are going to Asheville . more

I was very delighted to learn of your stay with us this past weekend, and that you are so pleased with all of the changes that we have made. This past winter we have taken the time to due a total renovation of our hotel, and I am glad that we made the right choice! It is always wonderful to...

We stopped here on our way to South Carolina at around 1am. The front desk person would not offer me a decent rate, but since it was so late, I took the room out of desperation. The hotel had a strange, musty odor but looked clean. They seemed to be in the midst of some sort of painting or renovation.... more

I was reviewing the comments from my previous guests and wanted to apologize for the fact that when you stayed with us in October it was less than spectacular. This past winter we have undergone a complete renovation. We are a completely different hotel from top to bottom! If you find youself in Asheville, please stop by and see us...I...

I was a little concerned about staying here after reading some of the older reviews, but was pleasantly surprised. Our room decor seemed up to date and smelled fresh, the hot breakfast was good, the fitness center was adequate, the staff members were helpful, the parking was safe and convenient, and everything looked clean and tidy. The location was good--close to... more

Husband and I stayed there for the weekend to see Biltmore and downtown Asheville. We had a pleasant stay. Comfortable bed, clean room, nice breakfast and close to all we wanted to see. The pool area and hot tub was clean and not crowded. Hotel staff was helpful. There aren't a lot of close restaurants within walking distance but there... more

Hotel is located 5 or 6 miles from the Biltmore Estates. It's an older Hampton so the rooms are dated. The beds were not as comfortable as some of the newer Hampton's. I'd say it's a bit under par for a Hampton. Still it's a Hampton so the room was clean and well maintained. The breakfast bar was alright, The... more

My wife and I had stayed at this property for two nights while visiting the Ashville area. Our room had two double beds and was quite comfortable. The bathroom was more than adequate although I would have liked to see a grab bar near the toilet. The breakfast was okay, nothing fancy and not as good as some of the... more
