This is the best Hampton Inn I have stayed at. Surpassed my expectation for all categories. Nice location, very pleasant staff, very clean rooms. Convenient pool access for kids and an attached outdoor area for relaxing. Though our room was next to the pool, the sound level was minimal. One tip. Park in the rear - much easier. Also there... Although it is wedged between other hotels and retail stores, this Hampton Inn is very convenient when visiting Biltmore and other sites in Asheville, NC. Staff is friendly and helpful. Rooms are nicely furnished with comfortable beds and linens, an easy chair for reading, microwaves, refrigerators, coffee pots, hair dryers, and ice buckets. Internet access was quick and easy. Pool... More

Had two nights booked at this Hampton Inn in June, 2015. I was traveling with a friend in Nashville where he became unexpectedly ill. We decided to head to Asheville and try to spend one night but felt he needed to return home to see his doctor on Monday. So I called Booking.com and asked them to cancel the 2nd... More

The staff are great, anything you need, they will accommodate you. The hotel is in a good location for getting around Asheville. The breakfast area is in a small location in the lobby, so get down early, you'll be glad you did.

Dear Carol D: Thank you for taking the time to review our hotel. I am sorry that you found our Breakfast area seating a little small. When it gets busy on the weekends due to higher occupancy we try and have some of our guests who would like to go into our pool area or on the patio to sit... More

And the rates around Asheville go up accordingly, this Hampton can be rated very good, decent value versus the rates I saw at other comparable 'stop over' (on our way to somewhere else) hotels. I've stayed at others in the area that tried a bit harder to keep their customers happy though -- the rooms, bed comfort, cleanliness of the... More

Dear Late74C: Thank you for taking the time to comment on your recent stay with us. I would like to apologize that one of our team was not present at our Front Desk when you departed in the morning. We always like to send our guests off with a "Thank You!" and if we could have done anything better. We... More

My partner and I loved staying at this hotel. It was everything we needed in an overnight stay. It had free Wi-fi internet service and a free breakfast. We were looking for something close to the Biltmore that included Biltmore Tour tickets. Do realize, however, that the tickets you get with this hotel package are only for the Biltmore House... Dear Michael: I loved hearing that you went to the Biltmore Estate while you were staying with us. A lot of our guests do and are never disappointed. The be if it of purchasing your tickets at our hotel is that they are good for 2 consecutive days. This is sometimes appreciated since the Estate has so much to see... More

The building is nice. The location is good; a bit out of the fray (and near outlet malls, if you are interested in that sort of thing). The bed was comfortable, although the bedding had a decidedly synthetic feel that I do not usually associate with Hampton Inn. The people who worked there were pleasant. The coffee in the common... Dear Ruth C. Thank you for taking the timne to write such a detailed review of your stay with us. I always welcome my guests insights and opinions. Your comment about our bed was a bit confusing as we have the required Hampton beds. I will be sharing your comments about our Breakfast person: Zach he does a wonderful job... More

Traveling alone with kids and wanted to stop at The Biltmore...booked this hotel thinking we were closer. It is still a little drive to get there (about 10 minutes) but NOT really "THE biltmore" area, but it was an easy drive to the house. Be aware LOTS of construction going on the Asheville area. Plan time for it. The hotel... More

Room had a great view of indoor pool, but we didn't have our kids with us. Soooo close to pool, but no noise! Was nice, quiet & clean. Thought we were closer to Biltmore, but less than a 10 minute drive!
