We stayed at this hotel for a week in June 2015. The AC in our room did not work. It was too hot to sleep. We asked for a new room. The hotel said they would replace the AC unit with a spare, which they claimed to do. The "new" AC unit also didn't work. After 2 nights, they finally... More

I really like this Hampton. It is very clean, the staff is friendly and it is close to where my daughter lives. They always have plenty of food at breakfast time and the cookies in the afternoon are a really nice treat.

Loved our stay...everyone was courteous. The front desk was very helpful. We loved having the option of breakfast during our stay. The rooms were very clean and up to date. During our stay there was some type of road race event and even though the hotel was full, everything handles smoothly

Great stay except for the noise from the rooftop (aove pool) which really was bothersome at night. I would not take a room facing the front because of this. A room facing the woods, towards the back of the property. Staff was efficient and property well maintained. Again, too bad that the central was so noisy.

The hotel is okay; could use a little bit of updating, but all in all pretty good for your standard Hampton Inn. Staff was great - especially the free van shuttle to downtown, Biltmore House and anywhere you wanted to go in Asheville - so easy, made getting around perfect. Just call 30 minutes before you're ready to go and... More

Great, quiet hotel with friendly staff. Oliver and Tammy were very helpful in getting us to our dinner destination. Good selections at breakfast. Clean and spacious room. Would definitely stay here again!

This is a great hotel in Asheville and close to everything. When traveling on business, several eating establishments close by. Staff friendly and hotel has some of the newer items found in newer Hampton Inns.

Hampton Inn continually outperforms other "economy" brands and this particular Hampton shines brighter than most. My room was spacious, comfortable and clean. The hotel is fairly close to downtown restaurant and shops. This hotel is tucked back a bit from the main road so you need to keep your eyes open for the sign. Need to be careful pulling back... We have been making it a ponit to stay in Hamptons, we had just stayed in one in Chapel Hill which was excellent. It was over 100.00 a night cheaper a night. We were told when we booked this one that te price was inline with Ashville, yet after we booked found one for 100.00 cheaper and it was no... More

Thank you for taking the time to write a review for our hotel. I apologize that you did not like the rates at our hotel. Asheville is a destination area and during peak season the rates are very high, especially on the weekends. We do keep our rates competitive with other area hotels that have similar value. I cannot speak... More

Very peaceful stay. You sit a little off road & you have no outside traffic noise. The rooms were also very quiet & spacious. Complimentary breakfast was well stocked with yummy food! Try the peach citrus juice!!! Just stayed for 1 night while traveling. But you were close to everything like within 5 minutes to all Asheville attractions.
