This is brand new facility. There was no window screen, the toilet seat and sink faucet were both loose. The bath tub had not been cleaned prior to our arrival. Staff (Rebecca) is awesome. Goes above and beyond to make our stay very homey. Very friendly and helpful. Working here from out of town and Rebecca puts breakfast out for us an hour, an hour and a half early for myself and my crew. MUCH PRAISE FOR SERVICE AND FRIENDLINESS!! 14 thumbs up from Altus Traffic Control.

Overnight for Western state graduation. Clean, comfortable and quiet room. Recently completed hotel, still doing some work, but no interference with the stay. Friendly and helpful staff. “Very nice and clean.”

I stayed two nights while fishing blue mesa Res. Very clean and new they are remodeling the whole hotel. The staff is very nice and the breakfast was very good. The hotel will be very nice when completed. I will stay again for sure.
