I am retired and have asthma. This was the worse hotel we stayed at on our 9 hotel trip. Dust and dirt all over the room. I was afraid to put on the air. The unit was caked with dust. I reported this to the front desk. There was only one girl running the hotel. She was checking people in,... more

For the last 4 years we have attended the Gunnison Car Show and stayed with the folks here at the Comfort Inn. They continue to impress us with there hospitality. As Car Nuts, we would bring our cars into the room if they would let us. The price value is there, as they provide a clean, freshly appointed room for... more

The price was fair, but a very dull and outdated hotel. Worn out. I'm sure there is a more intriguing hotel than this in Gunnison. We decided to stop here last minute, and didn't do the proper research. Try to avoid getting a room on the backside, where you get views of the neighbor's backyards. And that's not a good... more

The hotel was very beautiful, the rooms impeccably clean and the staff was very welcoming. A great town to take the family and a great hotel for them; my daughter had a blast in the pool every night. As far as small town hotels go, this one is a gem. I give it the highest recommendation to anyone traveling to... more

Have stayed at this property many times over the years. The room that I always stay in is a king suite with a jacuzzi tub. 5 years ago the room above ours had the tub overflow and cause a leak in the ceiling above our tub. We notified management immediately. When I checked in this time, I looked at the... more

It started off with a desk person that was less than enthusiastic to see us at her desk. We got to our room and found a dirty towell and a shampoo bottle on the floor of the room. None of the light switches turned on a light until we went around the room turning on all of the lamps, even... more

This place had a great staff. Very friendly, the first thing I noticed. Indoor pool was ok, the water could have been warmer. Good breakfast, except the oj was too warm. The rooms were comfy, especially the pillows, there were 4 big, fluffy pillows on each bed which was nice, usually they are so thin. The housekeepers were nice. The... more

W arrived at this motel, late afternoon, to a very warm welcome. Our rooms were very pleasing, comfortable, lots of extras, everything one needed, and spotlessly clean. We took the receptionists recommendation, and booked a table at Garlick Mikes, for that evening. We were very fortunate to get a reservation. It a very popular restaurant, and no wonder, the food... more
