probably the most comfortable bed that is not my own that I have ever slept on. and it was in the bunk room! Casual, easy , fun, comfy, very much like bed and breakfast except you make your own breakfast. actually, it was more like staying at my aunt's house... very homey! plenty of parking. Christen was beyond helpful host!... More

We stayed at the Wanderlust for one night and had a great time. Owners are so friendly and helpful if you need information about the area. Clean and eclectic with games, movies, BBQ & patio area. My first time in a hostel and I will definitely be back. Bonus - WiFi is smokin' fast.

Being at the Wanderlust was like being a guest in a friend's awesome house. Everything is furnished - beautiful guitar, great kitchen, wonderfully comfy living room, bicycles, nice backyard to hang out, picnic & we did tai chi. Our hosts were super friendly and accomodating. Definitely will be back - highly reccomended.

The Wanderlust was perfect for a good night's sleep before and after hiking Black Canyon. It's right near downtown Gunnison and was even better than expected. We stayed in one of the bunk rooms and had it all to ourselves because it was an off weekend, and the beds were comfortable and cozy, unlike some other hostels I've stayed in.... More

I had a nice, big room, and the full use of the facilities was a pleasant surprise. I will certainly return to this nice place, as the owners are friendly and make it a comfortable home away from home.

I'm so glad I chose to stay at the wanderlust. I was able to enjoy the comforts of a home and the friendliest guests and staff. The house cats are nice and the baby yard was great for a bbq and bonfire.

Only crashed for the night, but the hostel itself is super cozy, the guests are kind, and the owner (and her family) are incredibly warm and inviting. Honestly couldn't tell who were old friends and who were guests; suppose there wasn't much of a difference here. Would definitely return!

My best friend and I stayed at Wanderlust on our trip to CO to ski Crested Butte, and it was the best decision we made for the whole trip! Everyone there is so friendly and there is an amazing sense of community throughout the hostel. Christen and Chris are both super helpful when it comes to lift tickets, where to... More

My boyfriend and I stayed at Wanderlust while skiing at Crested Butte. We couldn't have been happier. It was cheap, clean, and fun! Great location, walking distance to the (3) bars, good coffee shops, and a block from the bus stop to crested butte. Thanks again!!!!
