This hotel turned out to be in a great location, close to the Coral Castle, Fruit and Spice Park and easy access to the Florida Keys. We stayed for five days in Homestead and two days we visited the two tourist places previously mentioned and three of the days were spent down in the Keys so not getting back to... More

We booked online and made sure that the hotel was pet friendly. First thing upon checking in the man tells us that they really aren't pet friendly but will let us stay with an additional fee per night so be prepared for that. We checked into our first room and let our dog out who finds a used feminine pad... More

I stayed here while visiting the Everglades and found that hotels in the area are expensive in general. The location of this one is very convenient, being on US 1 right near the end of the Florida Turnpike. The room was nothing special, but took care of the basic needs. The property definitely shows its age but is well maintained. There... More

The room was clean and there was even complimentary breakfast. The weirdest thing was, when less than a week later (the following Thursday after... More

Friendly staff. Great accommodations for little money. Not the Hyatt but if you are trying to save some money this is your place. Tiki bar, pool, breakfast with waffles and eggs. Refrigerator and safe in room. Clean rooms, big beds

The property itself was good. It was clean. Price was good. Water pressure in shower was a trickle, after a day on the beach, that's just not right. We had an issue with a neighboring room making way to much noise in the middle of the night. However the staff was right on it after I called the desk.

First of all, management stinks. The manager is a guy named Albert. He sat at the mini bar getting drunk and kept referencing "the owners were coming by". If they're in the building, wouldn't it make sense to stop drinking? Secondly, the rooms and odor of the rooms was a big draw back. Air Freshener is not hard to find.... More
