This was a stopover of 2 nights between a canoe trip on the Missouri on our way to Yellowstone and Jackson. The main lodge was full so we booked the cabin, a spacious, clean, private and HUGE home on the property. We shared the cost with another couple which made it a great value. We fished one day, had a... More

Stop looking for places to fly-fish. This is your place. My brother and I had never fly fished before and bighorn was perfect. We arrived late on a Wednesday night, and our dinner was waiting for us. The food each morning and night was incredible. You could just go for the meals and that would be enough but of course... More

For my wife and I,on our second visit to Bighorn River Lodge we had our best ever fishing experience in the United States. Kudos to the managers, Cheryl and Rick, for their outstanding hospitality, their warm welcome, and friendship. It was just great to hear them sharing their own fishing experiences with us and the other guests, and which led... More

My husband had visited the lodge last year and wanted me to experience it with him. Cheryl and Rick are great hosts. The highlight, other than fishing, was the exceptional food. Shawn Smith has a gift. Everything he prepared was outstanding. I have owned a restaurant and had a catering business and I was so impressed with his skills. A... More

The big open kitched was very impressive and it was great to be able to interact with the chef and see their passion for what they do. The accomdations were... More

After my day on the water, I came back to the Lodge and had to ice my arm from all the fish caught fly fishing on the drift boat with our guide, Brent, and my husband. A fishing injury? I love it! The food was incredible and so was the service. Cheryl and Rick know how to take care of... More

We spent 3 nights at the lodge, it's a beautiful place with wonderful fishing. The staff at the lodge were 5 star and made you feel like you we're at home. The only thing that didn't feel like I was at home was the awesome food! The chef Shaun is extremely talented and the other cooks are excellent, by far... More

Had three great days at Bighorn River Lodge, where there is superb fly fishing on the Bighorn River. Very comfortable accommodation, and amazing dinners prepared by their new Executive Chef, Sean. The managers, Cheryl and Rick were very friendly, most knowledgeable about the area and about fishing the river. Well worth a visit.
