This La Quinta was advertised at $62.00 @ night, but I paid just $59.00. It's an older property, but well maintained. The bed was hard, TV was good, shower hot, and plenty of towels. The breakfast was skimpy and no bananas! I'll stay again for the price! 😎

The hotel is located in a sub-par neighborhood, and be watchful for your belongings in your vehicles. However, the hotel itself is clean, staff is very nice, and the rooms are very well taken care of.

This property is old and quite dated. Everything in the room was well worn and in need of replacement. The parking lot was filled with potholes and the exterior is quite dirty. The surrounding neighborhood is less than safe so I'd recommend taking ALL valuables into the room with you and I'd also caution you on going out at night... More

The room is musty and mildew smell. The bathtub was dirty and would not go without my shoes as carpet was severely stained. I had requested a first floor room over the internet, but didn't get one, and I had to climb a flight of stairs which is hard to do at age 68 with a bad hip. I wouldn't... More

Stayed one night. This is very old hotel and the rooms, lobby show it. The room & bathroom were clean enough for one night for the price we paid. If you can, find a La Quinta Inn & Suites rather than a La Quinta Inn, much better.

I usually don't put such bad reviews but this place is worthy of one! The front desk (night auditor) was very rude. While I was standing there she looked up at me, and continued her conversation with the security girl. Didn't even bother to stand to give me the key! Rooms are not the cleanest and breakfast was meh. Spend... More

We stayed in room 122. It was a nice room. It was clean. You can tell this is an older building. The parking area was large enough for our dually and car trailer. I thought is was going to be super dark in the parking lot. It wasn't as dark as I thought it would be. I did take note... More

We have stayed at this hotel before. It's not the newest style of La Quinta on the market. but it's not bad. You can drive up to the door. We were given the same room we had last time. Last year it looked like someone had busted into the room before we arrived, and the door lock has been hastily... More

Older hotel, needs serious reconditioning, needs network updates, weird odor in the rooms. Middle Eastern? Indian? That area...no offense to the race/creed/color; but he was very unfriendly and abrubt to be working front desk at a hotel.

Daughters softball team had a tournament and we selected this hotel for its location and rate. Turned out to one of the better stays we have had in Beaumont. We didn't spend much time in room but when we did everything was there that was needed and great value.
