I recently stayed at this property in Beaumont and I must say I was very impressed with the new renovations and design. The staff was very friendly and took excellent care of me during my 2 night stay. I will definitly be back here soon on my next business or personal travels. Excellent! more

When calling to confirm reservation, was put on hold for over 3 minutes, hung up, and then called again. This occurred three separate occasions when I attempted to contact the hotel directly. I’ve traveled around the world and I can only say that this was one of the worst places I’ve been to. I’ll list the problems here. 1. You know what would be a great idea? To have a NIGHT CLUB attached to a hotel! That way on a Friday night, when you are trying to sleep in your hotel room that you paid 100 dollars for, there can be 60 people congregated within 20 feet of your window, in stupid SUVs with fancy rims and loud stereo... more

we were in town for our family reunion , were short of space -- so checked in. the service was quick and friendly. first time in beaumont, people friendly town. the guy and the girl at check in were very sweet :) overall nice and quite place to stay :) more

The people were exceptionally nice. The room was clean and the carpet looked new. I had an issue with the tv remote but it was taken care of immediately. I'd stay there again!! more

The hotel seemed to be recently remodeled, last time I stayed at the place across the street, but this time I tried ou the Holiday Inn. The bar was really cool and had several big screen tvs where we watched March Madness! The rooms were nice and the lobby was attractive. I'd definitely stay again. more

This is an older Holiday Inn, with outdated, worn furniture. But I kind of like that. The bed was comfortable, the water pressure was good, and the room was clean enough. Service was awfully slow.
