I almost exclusively stay at Marriott Courtyards when traveling alone because of the Bistro. The lobby is newly remodeled but the rooms are neglected. The furniture looks more like Motel 6. I stay in Beaumont quite often for work and depend on wireless service for work in the evening. The wireless at this hotel isn't great at all...the service goes in and out and is very slow. Sorry but this place feels like 1980. With the exception of the remodeled lobby, this place is in a time warp. Cleanliness is okay but the elevator had noticeable debris..needed to be vacuumed..sooo.nice people but this place is almost a dump

Beaumont does not have a wide selection of hotels, but as a gold Marriott rewards member I thought how bad could it be. I've stayed at Marriott properties everywhere and this is hands down the worst place I've ever been too.
