I recently stayed at the Hampton Inn in Beaumont TX on Two separate occasions and it was a very Pleasant Hotel experience. The room were very clean and the staff were very helpful and Polite. I highly recommend this hotel for the Business Traveler and Family vacations in the Beaumont TX Area.

Arrived late and welcomed with our first floor handicap room nice and ready. Not hungry for a big meal and did not want to go out, so the staff gave us some cookies and milk.....Yum, yum. Thanks for taking care of our needs....great job.

Not bad, not great. Clean, simple, and your basic Hampton inn. Just west of the city. Staff is friendly and efficient. Facility is clean bur a bit dated. Breakfast was nice. If you need a basic no-frills place, this place is just fine

We always choose Hampton when traveling. This particular Hampton is dated and just feels run down. Don't get me wrong it was clean and the staff was friendly it was just not up to our usual expectations for the brand. I used Hhonors points to upgrade my room and I feel that I lost these points for no reason,

Great place for Baseball teams who are playing at Ford Park during weekend tournament. Close to fields and if playing in Lumberton, only a 10 minute commute. Breakfast was hot, enjoyable and fast service to refill steam tables. Nice, quiet facility with great staff!

Overall it was a great stay with very friendly staff, an awesome hot breakfast and free wifi in the room. My only complaint was that my non-smoking room was on the same floor as the smoking rooms. While the room smelled fine the hallway smell was terrible. Other than that, it was a great stay.

The location was on our way to Houston so we stopped since we have always been pleased with staying in their properties. It was so disappointing. It definitely needs a good cleaning. I used the laundry facilities which were not in good condition.
