We had the Born to be Wild package deal and did not receive the vouchers for free breakfast and other amenities until our second night. The people at the desk made promise after promise and never delivered. We had to continually badger them to give them to us. First and last trip to Lajitas Resort -- overrated and overpriced. Employees at this resort do not understand customer service. Large group was staying during our stay so they scaled back the available menu at the only restaurant open and available. Food is mediocre at best. Lost my reservation twice and then charged me more for the stay. The staff does not care about anything and the "hideout" owner could use some better help.
