First, it is not air conditioned. This is not that big a deal in the mountains of New Mexico, but if you're used to constant AC, it will feel stuffy and uncomfortable. They do provide fans though. Very nice property, adobe style, with an indoor swimming pool (alas, not for use). Nice rooms, very quiet living area. A clever alternative to hotels with sensible rates. Nice chats at the breakfast table - you wont get this in a hotel more
