Room was o.k., nothing fancy. Had all the necessary amenities for a short stay. Bed was comfortable as all Hampton Inn's are and room was clean. Hotel was super clean. Breakfast was fantastic. Good location for tourist. It is close to Bandelier and Valle Caldera. The only negative thing I have to say is that the front desk staff is not the most friendliest. more

While its not in Los Alamos, I preferred staying in White Rock. Closest hotel to Bandelier National Monument. A new-ish property, not an old one purchased by Hampton for refurb. Clean. Food as good as expected. We've stayed twice in the past two years, and it was essentially empty on the weekends. White Rock itself is a ghost town, so don't expect any local dining or night life. will stay there again. more

Though the staff is accomodating and the rooms are clean, the billing is often in error. The owner's office expects customers to identify billing mistakes - but when challenged about billing and remuneration - is insulting, makes accusations of customer dishonesty, is abusive and makes unfounded allegations.
