This place might be fabulous but I will never know. My family and I made arrangements more than a month in advance to stay here. About a week before our scheduled stay, the owner called me to inform me that there had been a blip in their booking system that had resulted in some double bookings and that there was... More

Room looked old, more like and ancient motel. Breakfast was kind of OK, except I asked for French toast, and that was barely edible. Overall given the various glowing reviews online and in guide books, I was expecting a great B&B and was disappointed.

Cathy, the owner, is especially accommodating of those with environmental sensitivities and/or children. We've been visiting almost every month for the last five years and keep coming back because we're treated so well, like treasured relatives, and we're not even related!

This inn has the best of all worlds. The rooms have a private entrance with parking by each room, like a motel, but a common dining room beautifully decorated, where made to order breakfast is served B&B style. The hosts, Cathy and Patrick were wonderful... They were attentive to our every need, and helped us not miss any great attractions... More

Not fancy, but nice. Seemed expensive to stay in Los Alamos, so rate here was not too bad considering.Breakfast was perfect and was the best part of our stay. Cathy gave great directions for getting around town.

We enjoyed our stay here - seems like a 40s or 50s era apartment house made over very cleverly and kept very clean -- that's the key to these older places, imho. If they are clean and functional, it doesn't matter how out of date they are. Our unit had a small sitting area when you walk in, with several... More

How about a place where you call ahead, having never met- and they say "Oh your door is open, just go on in and get settled, we'll see you at breakfast!" The rooms were comfortable and well furnished, great bed and a wonderful overall experience. The breakfast was amazing with Cathy making us blue corn pancakes and anything else one... More

Lovely, quiet place. Cathy and the pups are welcoming and warm. Menu was excellent as was the hospitality. Our room was charming and comfortable. A very pleasant stay and would recommend the North Road Inn if you are looking for a nice retreat from the busy world!

My sister and I just got back from a lovely stay at North Road Inn. The owner, Kathy, was amazing. I had never stayed at a B&B before and was not sure what to expect....this was perfect! The two bedroom gave us MORE than enough room, the beds (and couch! ) were comfy, and the morning breakfast was delicious! If... More

We've stayed in 5-star resorts and mountain yurts. The North Road Inn felt like overnighting in a family member's guest room. It's comfortable and cozy in a residential neighborhood across from Urban Park, where you can exercise your travel weary muscles. Homemade (to order) breakfast in a sunlit communal dining room was a highlight. There's an extensive library of books... More
