From booking with my favourite travel agent Maria Rodriguez at Whatahotel.com to the express check-out, my four day weekend at the Ritz was totally relaxing. Every thoughtful detail and request was efficiently met and exceeded. I encourage anyone who stays here, to book a Club room. The extra expense gives you five food and beverage presentations every day including alcohol,... more

A small spa located inside the Ritz Carlton. I went there for Spa Week with a friend because I wanted to check out the spa and it was at a great rate. I got there 90 minutes before my appointment to ensure plenty of time to check in, use the sauna/steam rooms, and relax. Parking was free in the self-park... more

The service was excellent and the hotel is inside a high-end mall. But the room was outdated and the bed was not very comfortable. more

Arrival - I stayed @ tis hotel in Aug 2009. The hotel needs to put up a higher n bigger signage on the main road leading to the hotel, I nearly missed the entrance as the signage is just a regular sized light box. A'thou I arrived @ almost 2am, the porter was busy helping another car owner unload their... more

The staff at the front desk were terrible. I ate pancake at the restaurant and cost me 48, I work for NASA and the Astronauts food cost less than the Ritz breakfast. more

I stayed at this hotel for a short trip to Washington DC area. The location was great, although you might find it a bit off-the-place if your visit is targeted for Washington, DC itself. However, it worked well for me as I had friends and family in suburban area near the hotel and I was familiar with the area enough... more

Have stayed at this hotel a half dozen times or so—never more than one night at a time. Weekend rate is so good that it makes a great overnight trip for a birthday, anniversary, etc. Valet is eager, but with FREE weekend parking in garage next to hotel, valet is for novices worried about looking fancy or those who do... more

This hotel is absolutely gorgeous, old world in style, lots of paintings from the romantic period. Gorgeous gorgeous gorgeous without being tacky. The staff at the front desk on the other hand, not so much. Yes this place is very expensive but the arrogance of some of the people that WORK here was slightly too much. I call down when... more

I recently stayed at the Ritz for a couple of days on a business trip, and while I don't have anything negative to say about the hotel, I probably wouldn't stay there again. There is nothing wrong with the hotel, it is just very, very expensive and targeted to a far wealthier demographic. For example, as somebody else mentioned, the... more
