the airconditioning did not work well. there is no elevator to the second floor. I did not like the fact that i prepaid the whole room amount on expedia and they held the full amount on my credit card when i checked in for 7 days like paying for it twice... Pluses great swimming pool for kids with a slide.... More

Reserved the room to stay and walk to dinner etc. despite the bad reviews. Upon arriving I was told my two night reservation was cancelled and they had made me a new one at Quality Inn without consulting me at all. Rude white trash style manager named threatened to call the police to "escort" me off when I asked that... More

Room was dirty. Holes in the carpet. Bedding worn out. Mold in bathroom corners. Plumbing fixtures were ready to fall out. This place was a total rip off for the money. We booked this at the last minute and failed to read other reviews. Big Mistake

Road trippin' to San Diego with my daughter. Needed to stop, was close to everything, comfortable. Furnishings could be updated. Limited space in the lobby. Basic. Affordable. Limited parking if the hotel would be at capacity. Close to National parks, both north and south. Helpful clerk.

I was very disappointed in this hotel. My grandchildren saw the big slide to the pool from the main road and wanted to stay there. However, the slide was not on at night and children could not swim after 10pm. The pool opened at 10 am; we waited so that the children could swim but then the managerment did not... More

First the good things. Our room was spacious and reasonably clean. The decor in the bathroom screamed SEVENTIES! but I don't care. I don't see the need to replace something just because the fashion changed, as long as it works. But this is where the problem started. When we moved in, we noticed that the toilet leaked so the valve... More

Avoid this place with a passion regardless of the "cheap" rates. Don't pay cash for a room at this Rodeway, cause they will bill your credit card too, and then when trying to get a credit - impossible - been over 5 weeks now and they won't even answer my phone calls. Motel is old, tired, and shoddy. In my... More

Our room was a typical size with two king beds, but the toilet and tub were original 70s green and they acted their age. The window covers were basically non existent. The window covers let all sorts of light in during night, but during the day you either needed to leave them open so everyone could see in or you... More

Second time staying at this hotel. Tried to book online in advance but the rate was $159/night. Ending up calling the night we wanted to stay, and got the room for $119. Largest room, with 3 queen beds. Also, only hotel with pool slide. Awesome customer service. Night manager was super nice, very courteous. No kids in pool after 10,... More

I will start with the only positive thing- it is in a great location. In the heart of downtown Moab. This hotel is in disrepair. The rooms are dark and gross. Our room was in a corner with no light and the room has dark carpeting and walls. It was depressing. The pool is smaller than it looks in pictures... More
