The BW hotel was in a great location but at 227 dollars a night was vastly over-priced. We wanted to soak in the hot tub after a day's walking but it would have been like sitting in the car park. The breakfast was fine and the staff were friendly. we are BW Platinum members but unlike Marriottt etc, it means... More

great location; great breakfast buffet; comfortable Best West standard room- But- on arrival to check in for our long standing 3 night reserv. the only room available had just undergone a refinishing of its vanity sink. The fumes were harsh and pervasive& were not cleared until the following evening. For practical and personal reasons we chose to stay rather than... More

Great breakfast, very helpful staff, and rooms much improved. The last time I stayed here I felt the staff was indifferent and they did,'t even have a breakfast. 180 degree turnaround. Friendly and helpful staff, well appointed room. I don't rate fives unless its a suite.

It looks a bit like a motor lodge, but they've made it look good on the outside, and the room interiors are outstanding. Staff was great. The included breakfast was decent, with pancakes and oatmeal with lots of toppings, eggs, sausage, potatoes, and typical cold items -- although there's zero variation day to day. The rates are reasonable ... for... More

We stayed here on the last night of our anniversary motorcycle trip. Check in took a few minutes as they only had one person working the front desk. The staff was friendly and helpful. I was given all the pertinent information for my stay. The room was clean and well furnished. Beds were comfortable and the pillows were great. The... More

I Usually get superb accommodations and service from Best Western Plus, but this particular facility was somewhat disappointing. The front desk staff was excellent as was the staff who took care of the breakfast area. High praises to both staffs. The breakfast was hot and very good and there was a good selection from pancakes to cereals, yogurts and fruits.... More

We stayed here to use a voucher for a free night's stay at a Best Western. If it wasn't for that, I wouldn't have paid what the room costs. It was clean and comfortable. The bathroom has older fixtures but has been remodeled with new tile around the tub and on the floor. The breakfast is very good with some... More

This BW renewed our faith after a bad BW experience in Tusayan. The staff were welcoming, friendly and really helpful, especially after my husband injured himself canyoneering. They were always happy to offer help and advice, including scanning documents we had to send to our insurance company. The room was spacious and the shower was amazing, with two shower heads.... The Greenwell Inn is a pleasant place to stay with very friendly staff, nice clean rooms, and a very decent breakfast. The hotel rooms are comfortable and have all the usual amenities. The hotel staff is exceedingly friendly, helpful, and willing to go the extra mile to ensure an enjoyable stay. The location is perfect for walking around the core... More

Fine hotel to stay. It is walking distance from all the downtown shops and restaurants. perfect location. Room are older but clean and well maintained. Great breaktfast. The only complaint is the $250 price for one nite. I would recomend the hotel as a last choice because of the high price.
