This is our second time staying at Moab KOA. We came back here because we were so impressed the first time. It's only gotten better! There are friendly, helpful workers, impeccably clean grounds, and lots of things to do. We were interested in taking a tour in the area, and they helped us choose the perfect one for us. We... We've previously stayed at other KOAs and have been very pleased with the quality of the facilities and service. We stayed at the KOA in Moab based primarily on the KOA brand, and didn't take a close look at the review sites. We were bitterly disappointed, and ended up leaving a day early despite a no refunds policy. The comments... More

They are in the process of adding 10 more cabins and trailer sites...it is a little noisy during the day. A little pricier than the other KOA's we have stayed at on our trip. Sites are decent size, 50 amp/water/sewer connection/cable. Friendly staff, small grocery with knick knacks. Laundry room is 'ok'...$2.00 wash (30 min) $2.00 dryer (45 min)...dryers were... More

Easy to find but traffic noise from highway is a negative. One room cabin was clean. Would be nice to have drinking water spigot improved or available at the cabins as there is no plumbing in the cabins. Communal bathrooms and shower weren't bad, never had to wait to get in. I booked in February, paid in full and when... More

Everything was as advertised... Clean bathrooms, wifi, friendly staff, met all expectations. The wifi was slow on Thursday night, but otherwise worked. They cleaned our grill while we were out hiking.

We made reservations 10 days in advance for 4 nights. We used the KOA website. When we arrived we were told that all they had were 30 amp sites and "they won't put a 50 amp RV in a 30 amp site". They could put us in a 50 amp site for three days but then we would have to... More

You made a reservation in a 30AMP site knowing you had a 50AMP RV. KOA Nationwide have put a ban on adapters is also intended to protect your RV. "If they have a 50-amp RV and they are plugged into 30-amp service, it will likely overheat the RV's electrical system, doing major, damage to your RV. It is also a... More

The staff told us they have great wifi...they don't. The photos they display on the sight is not how the campground really looks...its very dirty and unkept. We were originally staying for 4 nights but we had a tree fall on our house at home and needed to leave and they would NOT refund our money, or let us use... More

If you are going to Moab, would recommend that you don't stay at this KOA. Almost everything in the campground is rundown and outdated. Instead of expanding they should update the electrical, water, laundry, game room and most of all the terrible restrooms. They offer free WIFI, it's free because it hardly ever is available.

We stayed here last year during a trip to Utah and we were very pleased with this location. Not only were the cabins well cared for and decent but it provided an outstanding view of the La Sal mountain range right next to us. We stayed in Moab for several days as we went to Arches and the surrounding area... More

We would return in a heartbeat. Beautiful facility, staff is very accomodating. Perfect view. Asked to change spots and was taken care of as promised. Ice cream social was great and the lady running it was awesome.
