We found this place on airbnb, and couldn't have been more pleased. It's an older building which has been converted into 4 apartments, and Suite B has a large sitting/dining area with an incredibly equipped kitchen. We had all the pots and pans and gadgets we could ask for. It's decorated in red/black/white which was very different from our decorating... More

This was the perfect place for our five nights in Moab. Great downtown location in a quiet neighbourhood away from the hustle and bustle of the main drag. It was very clean and the suite was thoughtfully equipped and furnished. It has a funky retro vibe. We enjoyed the the outside eating area and made use of the hot tub,... More

We enjoyed our four night stay with our 5 month old baby and two and a half year old toddler. The location is tucked in a nice and quiet residential area with easy access to parks, trails, dining and shopping without having to drive. The fully stocked kitchen was wonderful as we prepared two out of three meals a day... More

My two brothers were giving me high fives when they saw the suite! We were in town for 4 nights spending our days hiking the Parks and this fit our needs perfectly! My oldest brother is 6'3" so the queen sized bed worked great for him while my other brother and I shared the bunk beds...it was like we were... More

We stayed only one night but I loved the suite and it was just the right size for us.The location was within walking distance to downtown Moab and was in a very quiet neighborhood. I did not stay long enough to use the hot tub or have much to review other than the suite was just as advertised and very... More

True to its name, Neighborhood Suites makes you feel like you're a local in Moab. The space itself is configured and furnished like someone's apartment. It doesn't at all feel "institutional," which is how the other hotel options in this price range appeared. The location is a residential neighborhood nearby to downtown. And the owners of the Neighborhood Suites treated... More

I have just completed a four night stay at The Neighborhood Suites. This is a quiet quaint place to stay. I loved that it is in a quiet neighborhood at the end of short street just blocks from the main downtown strip. It is just blocks away from Milt's, the hamburger and ice cream landmark of Moab. There are 4... More

We stayed here for a couple nights at the end of a weeklong trip in Utah. It is very cute and quiet, as it is true to its name and located within a neighborhood. The furniture is all very comfortable and having an almost full kitchen (no dishwasher) was really convenient for us. The hot tub was also a very... More

My husband and I stayed at this apartment complex in 2013 over spring break for a mountain biking/hiking vacation. We thought it was an excellent value then so looked to book it again when we decided to do the same spring break trip in 2014. Meanwhile it has come under new ownership. Jenna and her partners have made some excellent... More
