Moab is a great little place to stock up and go adventuring, but we were disappointed when the Moab information centre said there are no RV parks of the highway, that are open in November. Well I'm pleased to say we found a good one off the highway and not far from town. The Portal staff said they are normally... More

Reservations made 6 months prior to arrival 2 sites side by side pull throughs. Arrived to find they gave us pull through and 1 back in site on other side of park. We were told by office if we didn't like to could leave several times and that they do not make mistakes on reservations. They weren't willing to see... More

We spent this past week here after 7 days of dry camping in a national monument. A great spot if you are visiting the myriad of attractions within reach of Moab and want hookups. Especially nice if between stretches of dry camping. You will most likely want to stay on the "camping" side unless you have a Class A Big... More

Very clean and calm campground (rv parking)- nearby you find Arches NP and Canyonlands nationalpark and the Dead Horse Point State Park. Showers and facilities are clean but a bit old, they have a laundry for an extra 1, 25$. Friendly staff. Swimming pond could NOT be used (was not in a good shape). Swimming pool and hot tub can... The campground was very clean and the staff was very nice and accommodating....BUT the north vs. south campgrounds were very segregated. We would have been more than happy to pay for the south side, with a nice clean pool and hot tub, but since that was never an option offered, we got a disgusting "swim" pond. The Wi-Fi in the... Okay - so if you drive a class A under 10 years old, you get the resort treatment, but if you're anything else, this place is just an RV park. After staying at the Zion RV resort for $50 a night which was truly a resort, this place was a little disappointing. No pool. It's a swimming pond. Now I... More

The location was ideal - close enough to town and easy to get to parks. The sites were v nice, with amazing views. Staff were friendly and helpful. Facilities - bathroom and showers - were kept clean.

We stayed her to visit Arches and Canyonlands NP. It was a perfect location. No exceptional amenities at this park. Just your basic park. Neither the bathrooms nor showers had AC, so they were stiflingly hot. The view of the mountains was fantastic. We were close enough to town and the national parks to make this a good choice.

There was not a lot of shade at this RV park. Right next to this RV park was a wonderful shaded RV park. Really wished we would have stayed there. It's hot as hades in Utah and we expected a pool and got a pond. 2 of my boys enjoyed the pond an canoe, but my oldest was not happy... More
