My friend and I stayed here 4 nights in 2 rooms. I was in the older, smaller room ( no fridge) which is basic with double bed, tv, table and 2 chairs, small bathroom. Bed is comfortable but lack of shelving in the bathroom means no space for toiletries bag and their are no hooks on the door and only... More

Stayed here every year for 7 years. Upgraded every year since current owners took over. Local flavor, right on main street across from Poison Spider. Best value, local ownership, Jim & Kris take care of your needs, many repeat guests. Check in advance.

The rooms were everything we needed them to be. Nothing fancy, but enough space for three of us to not feel crowded, and have space for our luggage and things. The location is wonderful. Most importantly, the price was right (and we didn't have to sacrifice). We mostly wanted a place to sleep and shower between various outdoor activities. the... More

Spacious rooms. Very nice hosts. Very clean and attractive room. Only reason I don't rate a 5 is due to the lack of amenities - no in room coffee maker, no alarm clock, and no hair dryer (although they will loan you a hair dryer). However, this was a great place to stay at a reasonable price.

A very good "no frills" motel conveniently located close to the Arches National Park. The room was clean, the bed was firm, and the service was friendly. If we ever come back this way, we'll chose the same place.

Jim and Chris run a very nice place here in Moab. We always try to support the locals because we find they have a lot to offer. Chris and Jim proved us right again. They had great information and recommendations on hiking and other activities in the area. Their restaurant advice was great. They were interested in what we did... More

I needed a hotel room without a reservation at 10pm at night over spring break, and I stumbled upon this little hotel after stopping at 5 others that were either full or unreasonably priced. The sign advertised "Locally Owned," which I like to support, and the place was right on the main street through Moab. One of the owners quickly... More

We spent two nights in Moab to visit the beatiful Arches Park. The inn is very comfortable: we had a large and well furnished room, with nice and clean bathroom. The owners were gentle and helpful. Breakfast was basic but good.

This is an excellent base for exploring places like Arches National Park and Canyon Lands. It is well within walking distance of the centre of Moab where there are many good eating places: we can highly recommend Pasta Jay’s, Peace Tree Juice Café and Sabaku Sushi. Adventure Inn is a friendly place, very clean and well looked-after. There is a... More
