We've stayed here a week at a time each of the last 3 years. Always clean and neat. Evenings under the cottonwood trees are ideal. This is a no frills, 50's style motel but it's clean and reasonable and well located. The owners, Jim and Kris, are on site and really add to the friendly ambiance.
I spent four nights at the Adventure Inn in late March. The Inn is an old style motel where you park your car near the door to your room. It's very well maintained and the rooms have been recently remodeled - mine had new carpet, fresh paint and a remodeled bathroom. It was super clean and they did not need...

A refreshing contrast to chain hotels. There are no gimmicks or frills, but the rooms are cheerfully decorated and quiet, the beds are comfortable, and the location is peaceful (on the main drag, but a few blocks away from the the 18-wheelers and motorcycles roaring through the center of town). The owners were friendly and helpful. Coffee and pastries are...

The rooms are clean and well kept, but the owners are bitter toward tourist and made me feel as though they were doing me a favor by letting me stay there. I had to depart one night early and they felt the need to charge me and inconvenience fee, or something, even though there were no-vacancy sign up all over...

Spent 3 nights at the Adventurer Inn this last weekend. Great place to stay. The owners are some of the nicest people. The room was the spotless. And more so even after we came in from our Moab adventures each evening. Love the green towels! Beds were very comfortable.
My husband and I recently spent 3 nights at the Adventure Inn. Our stay was very pleasant. The room was basic, but exceptionally clean and the most adorable room that I found in Moab. The entire property was well cared for, and the owners were pleasant and helpful. We would definitely stay there again.
This is a good, inexpensive base camp for visiting Arches National Park (which is just up the road). The motel is locally owned, and the friendly, helpful owner even mans the front desk. Towels and bedding are above average for a motel in this price range, but the rooms are on the small side. Not all rooms have parking directly...

This motel is a small, family-owned business in a town full of big chain motels. It was great for a traveler like me who doesn't need the pool, spa, bar, exercise room, etc. The room was comfortable, roomy, and clean. The owners were friendly and gave helpful suggestions for the area. I would definitely stay there again if I were to...

Simple, clean, well thought out. Locally owned and operated, the hosts/owners were gracious and helpful. Quiet rooms even though on the main street. Within easy walking distance of town. We opted to stay a second night due to the character and convenience.
