Me…not so much. Rooms are very dated, beds are very uncomfortable, linens are old and dated. Sheets are scratchy. There is no water pressure and when brushing teeth in bathroom sink the water does not drain quickly at all, for that matter neither does the shower. It was disgusting. It's a cute little Motel. Exterior is well kept, owner's are... More

I have been staying here since I was a kid. We keep coming back because the rooms are super convenient, especially if you came to Moab to ride bikes and need to store them inside your room. The owners are very nice people who are very welcoming and always have great trail suggestions to help out. Overall great place if... More

We stayed at this motel in October. Was extremely clean and a nice place to stay. The owner was so friendly and provided us with her restaurant recommendations. There is an area in front of the motel which is shady with trees and tables with chairs. Was so nice to relax there after a day of sightseeing in the parks.... More

Old crappy beds and bedding. Like a hard taco! Could not sleep a wink. Killed my back! Wifi was intermittent at best. Tiny rooms. No Microwave, Refrigerator ant TV were ok. Water was very weak. Its nice they have Laundry on site though. I will Never stay here again.

Just what we were looking for in a motel. Great value, exceptionally clean, friendly hosts, within walking distance to downtown, but on the right side of town for Arches. Perfect place if you plan to spend the majority of your time at the parks.

Convenient location for our visit to Arches and Canyonlands. Clean, comfortable room with flat-screen TV, wifi, mini frig, and handy local restaurant/menu guide. Easy walk into the heart of town. Ample on-site parking right at our door! Inviting outdoor common ground with tables and chairs. Fresh coffee available in the morning. Good value for travelers tired of mediocre "free" breakfasts,... I stayed here for four nights in October 2014. My room was spacious enough as was the bathroom. The bed was comfortable. The owners are pleasant and helpful. There was no microwave in my room but I did have a refrigerator which I'd specifically requested. There were a couple of quirks that were not terribly important, just unusual. First, my... More

Clean and located within walking distance to downtown restaurants and shops. Nice grassy area with tables and chairs to relax and have a sunset drink. Flat screen Tv and frig. No hair dryer or microwave. One small pack of shampoo/conditioner. Wifi worked well. Didn't compare room rate with other motels, but think it was a tad overpriced.

This is a very clean, comfortable and quiet Mom and Pop motel. There was a courtyard with a green grass lawn in front (green grass lawns are rare in the Moab area). We purchased quesadillas at the Quesadilla Mobile and ate lunch in the courtyard---a treat on a beautiful day. They have a quest laundry that comes in handy in... More

Stayed just one night, but very nice. Good location, nice court yard to relax. The rooms were clean. No breakfast, just coffee in office, we just picked up a few things at local store and ate in court yard. Love this type of "mom & pop"
