Please do youself a favor and do NOT stay here. The room we reserved was not available when we arrived, hmmm over booking. Half the lightbulbs did not work and the room they put us in was not refreshed daily with supplies. There was a used bar of soap in the shower from the previous people, so that tells me... More

Brand new hotle justa mile or so north of the town of Moab, about 2 miles from the park entrance. It was very nice, like any of the other newer HI Expresses I have stayed at, but just beware it is about 40% or so higher priced then your typical HI Express. Check-in quick and efficiant even with a tour... More

Holiday Inn in Moab was more than we expected. Good location--outskirts of town which made it quiet, but easy drive to restaurants and activities. Great full breakfast! Hotel clerks were most helpful and cheery with any info one might need. Room was clean as was entire hotel. Has free internet, which was a great help.

I would guess one of the nicest properties in Moab. We were greeted with bottles of water and a large room. Breakfast was full, as we arrived with all the other tourists, but similar to any other HIE. Would definitely stay here again, although there is a new Hampton Inn in town which I would also check out.

Stayed one night as it is near to the Arches National park. It is a decent hotel but doesn't have any recreational facilities at all. All in all worth it as it is just on the outskirts of the Town and within an easy drive of all the restaurants etc.

The room was perfect for our family (we have a 15-month old boy), and was very clean. The refrigerator, microwave, and kitchen sink worked out well for our family needs. We got a king bed, which was extremely comfortable. Very important for southern Utah in August—the air conditioning worked incredibly. The location on the extreme north end of town makes... More

When I arrived I waited in line to check in for about a half an hour and there didn't seem to be any benefits there to the Priority Club Membership this chain is a part of. The room was not anything special, dirty carpeting, worn out furnishings though the linnens seemed clean. The room was quite large and the air... More

I find the thing about hotels and restaurants, in fact, about the service industry in general, is that how satisfied you are with the experience afterward depends largely on your expectations of what it will be before you get there. Our expectation with a hotel like HIE or Hampton Inn's or any of the other brands that have basically replaced... More

We spent four nights at this hotel and enjoyed being on the outskirts of town where there was no congestion or traffic noise...even got a beautiful sunset photo out the window of our room. Comfortable bedding and clean, quiet rooms are of most importance to us and we weren't disappointed. The breakfast was quite sufficient for senior light eaters and... More

Mattress was very soft. Breakfast eggs cold. No sausage. I've seen better HIEs. Not really a one dot, but it sure isn't a four. I wonder about the extent to which people conflate their destination and the hotel.
