A beautiful resort / motel on the Colorado River in the canyon formed by the red rock formations. The rooms are spacious. The food ample. One of the nice things they do is provide freshwater ice (really important in the summer when it is incredibly hot) free. Make sure to take plenty of water and ice when heading out. They... More

Pros: Location is pretty, quiet, serene, secluded and right on Colorado River in canyon with towering red cliffs. Grounds appear well kept and a few outdoor things to do in immediate vicinity during peak season. King room was decent size, with patio having river and canyon views. Parking right outside room and free WiFi Internet. Front desk personnel friendly and... More

JimBob_and_Wand, Thank you for taking the time to comment on your stay with us. We value our guest’s opinions and strive to improve whenever we can. We offer “half-off” lodging rates during our off -season because our restaurant is not open. The hours for our Continental Breakfast are from 6:30 am to 10:00 am, the hours that our hot buffet... Last minute off-season trip. Checked to see what the rate was here and found it affordable. This is a beautiful location on the Colorado River. Decorated in the reds and browns of this area and in a typical rustic manner. Nice large comfortable room. Off season so no restaurant and no winery, but the river rolls on and it is... More

This place far exceeded expectations! Four of us shared a cabin that felt new and was extremely clean and rustic at the same time. There was only one bathroom between the bedrooms, but when you are friends, you can easily share for the fabulous accommodations. It had all the amenities including a full kitchen and a wonderful deck overlooking the... More

This place is awesome during the off season, almost like your own private resort at a discount price. The views facing the river are stunning. The continental breakfast during the off season was a bit light on protein but was just fine otherwise. Everything tastes better watching the morning sun over the icy Colorado and snow laced Chinle. sandstone cliffs.... More

We stayed at the Red Cliffs Lodge over New Years to go hiking in Arches and Canyonlands National Parks. It is 14 miles off off the main road going through Moab along scenic Highway 128. The views from our room were stunning, right along the Colorado river. The hotel staff were very nice. It was low season, so we had... More

We stayed here one night while in Utah, it was a great lodge. People were friendly and the room was nice. However, nothing compared to the view on the river. With the huge red rocks and the river, it was hard not to just sit outside and drink!

A wonderful lodge with excellent accommodations. We had a mini suite which sleeps 4, has a patio with sliding glass doors, kitchenette, and more. It is clean, with a woodsy feeling and the dining at the lodge is reasonable and delicious. The views are more than lovely. We enjoyed the hot tub. There are additional amenities. Even in November, the... More
