Great old school motel on a quiet street about 4 blocks off Moab's main drag. A little worn around the edges but clean comfortable rooms. Nice little pool and if you're staying a couple of days they have great little kitchenettes. We enjoyed our stay and will be back.

Once again you get what you pay for. Less the any other place I found in Moab. The motel is old, a bit run down, but it was clean and quiet. The pool was OK, but they were always out of towels. Why they even bother to claim what they call breakfast I'll never know. Packaged sweet rolls are not... More

I don't mind older facilities, but the Apache needs new management. We stayed a week. The manager was unwilling to give us a checkout time of an hour later than normal. We had to move rooms mid-stay. We ended up in an old DISGUSTING trailer to the rear of the property. YIKES It could be a nice property with some... More

But that was a long time ago. Yes, the place is on the National Registrar of Historic Places, but does that mean that it cannot be re-painted on the outside? It was in need of a new coat of paint. Well, here is the good: Bathroom had a bowed shower curtain, nice tile, and a light that was bright enough.... More

May 24, 2015. The Apache Motel is a place that has hidden charm that you can't see driving by. The employees are super friendly. The pool was nice and they provided breakfast, to include yummy pancakes cooked by the morning manager (who might also be the owner). The rooms are nice and the hotel is 4 blocks from the busy... The motel is older. Has character. But it is the staff that makes it feel like home. We were with a group going out 4 wheeling the trails. The manager seemed to count all of us going out and coming back in to make sure we all made it back. We always told her where we planned to be. Then... More

Room was dated, dark, and awkward. That being said, it was quiet, comfortable, and a decent price given that the rest of the town is nearly at least twice as expensive for hotel rooms. It's close enough to places to eat that you could walk if you felt up to it, or it's a very short drive. Decent budget stay...

Stayed here a couple of years back. Spent several days in Moab with the parents seeing the sites after a week of wedding festivities for my brother. Nice little old school motel. Comfy beds, quiet rooms (off the main drag), friendly and helpful staff. Facility was more than adequate for sleeping since we spent most of the days out hiking... More

My friend and I needed to find a room so we came to the Apache and had no problem finding a room. The room is old school but clean. It's off the main drag so not very noisy. You won't find a fancy flat screen TV or a buffet breakfast but it's a nice inexpensive place to stay.

This is a fine motel. If you are planning on only spending a few hours a day in your motel while in Moab, this motel will be great for you. The beds are comfortable, the rooms are clean, and the shower and air conditioner work great. Our room had a fridge and microwave so we brought stuff for breakfast and... More
