If you are looking for a great clean, safe, budget hotel in Moab, I highly recommend the Big Horn Lodge. I travel quite frequently and usually stay at the typical national chain budget type hotels as I don't use many amenities and just need a safe place for the night. I was a little bit leery booking my reservation at... More

We were late getting into town the hotel staff was friendly and we were greeted with a smile. Well lit building and parking lot. The room was clean and dark for sleeping, the bed was comfortable. Slept great no noise. Pets are welcome for a 5.00 fee.

The Lodge is located on the main road through town with signage that made it easy to find. Check in was quick and easy, our room clean, the decor rustic with pine paneling. Included is a coffee maker, refrigerator and microwave. It is an easy walk to a grocery store and a variety of shops and restaurants. Being on the... More

...which leads up a smallish hill and all the big trucks take the opportunity to shift back a gear and hit the accelerator, everytime I nearly dropped out of my bed. I acknowledge the Hotel has done a bit of insulation, but that's not enough. Try find a place off the main road or rooms that lead off this busy... More

Thanks for your concerns. We apologize that you had an unpleasant stay. We are located on Main Street in Moab as most hotels in Moab are. We are located near a traffic light that may be the cause for traffic to stop and go but, I don't know of a hill near the hotel. We will look into doing what... More

Clean, spacious beautifully decorated cabin/room. Front staff are friendly and helpful. No hassle check-in/ check-out. There are many hotels nearby ... choose this one and you won't regret. Many restaurant nearby. There's a grocery store - 5 min walk only.

Just got back from a four night stay at the Big Horn Lodge. Gotta say - for the price ($99 per night - which was HALF of just about anywhere else in Moab) this place is a gem. Rustic decor in the rooms which perfectly fits the rugged southwest setting. Nice amenities like a small fridge, microwave, coffee maker with... More

Clean, cabin feel, nice tv, wifi worked, helpful to have a fridge with a freezer. Pool was clean and we used it late before it closed. Ate breakfast at the adjoining restaurant and received a discount. We would stay here again.

The location in town is perfect, you can walk to all the town's stores and restaurants. The rooms are well cared for, quiet and were simply a great place to relax after a long day of hiking. As long as their is vacancy on our next trip to the Moab area, it will be our choice for lodging.

Loved Moab and the lodge.Stayed an extra day. Convenient to Arches and Canyonlands. Potash petroglyphs and pictograph Indian writing. Colorado river nearby for rafting. The hotel was clean supermarket gas laundromat across street. Great pool after hot day.

You will hear anyone above you. The maid knocked on our door three times before check out, woke us up. Then 10 minutes before check out she actually opened our door. The vacuum cleaner sounded like it was girding up rocks through the very thin walls. Thin walls. Limited parking. The room looked dated. There was an AC unit in... More
