If you want to be right in Moab, this is the place to stay. Well managed, good facilities, very nice pool and large bath house. They seemed to be doubling the tent sites 2 for 1 when we were here, so that made for a very comfortable and well-spaced setup. Most of the tent sites are covered with a canopy.... More

The cabins are great - clean and spacious. The bathrooms are clean and bright. The pool was very refreshing after a long bike ride. Nice people and quiet. My only complaint is that they don't recycle and the sprinklers ran from 11:00 pm - 0500 am which seemed a bit unnecessary in the desert.

Pulled in late at night before Labor Day weekend, park only half full. We have a pop-up and got a great site with no one around us until the next day when a big rig pulled in right next to us and blocked our view. No grass in this campground except for very small plots outside the cabins. The bathrooms... More

RV's are packed in like sardines. Filthy grounds due to the fact there's a terrible "dog park" about 10 feet square with no grass-only dirt, So there's dog poop everywhere and even a used condom greeting us as we set up our unit. Apparently no effort to clean up the grounds. And the desk clerks are indifferent youths who I... More

We made reservations just a few days in advance, so the park was able to accommodate us for two days only, instead of the four we wanted. We received immediate email confirmation on our reservation, which was appreciated. We found the park to be clean, well maintained and had a great pool to help with the 90 degree plus heat.... More

RV sites are mediocre. They are all buddy sites (not necessarily a good thing) and they are very tight. The park was very full these 4 days and running more than 1 AC was not possible due to low voltage. At $45 a night, I should be able to run 10 ACs. The staff was not overly rude, but they... More

Stayed here recently on a family trip for what was supposed to be 2 nights in one of the "cottages". After arrival, we realized just how small the cottage is, which isn't conveyed on the website. It consists of a full bed, twin bed, portipotty sized bathroom, and sink. Very, very little space to spare. Don't expect to store luggage... More

We found the place very easy off the road, great signs to the address. We got there after hours, around 10ish pm. The office was closed but we found our instructions (How to sign In, Campsite maps, etc), very easily and efficiently. In our Introduction package we found further instructions (car space number, etc) with highlighted maps to our tent site. First... More

Currently holed up at this RV park in a cottage. Found out there is a size difference between cottage and cabin, cottages are smaller but have a toilet and shower. Sadly this cottage has a toilet that does not work and the smell is reeking into the cabin. When I say not working, it does not take the waste fully... More

Private, clean, beautiful view, stars were amazing, great family place and not far from places to eat or Arch National Park. The bathrooms were clean, white , and bright, but don't forget a bath towel and soap! Very nice. Definitely going back some day!
