When I was reading the other reviews here I came across some that mention the price as being too high or th staff to be too unfriendly or even rude. First, if you do your homework right ou will find that this hotel has an average price level for Moab, especially in the main season. You might find cheaper ones,... More

This place is a little expensive (we paid 100$/night) but the room is pretty nice with everything we needed: large TV, hair dryer, AC, parking spots right in front of the room, etc. It's not very noisy we could sleep without the earplugs. There is a fridge and a freezer in the room: very convenient for our bottles of water.... More

We came in from Lake Powell and drove by on our way to Arches and our first impression was "oh boy". From the outside it doesn't look like much. But the inside of the rooms was a big surprise, very clean and quite comfortable. Smack in the middle of Moab this turned out to be good value hotel. Service was... More

The Bowen Motel has a very convenient location in the middle of Moab, with most restaurants, shops and cafes in easy walking distance. Since it is located on the main street, it's also easy to find and provides quick access to the national parks for those early-morning starts. The reception staff were quite welcoming and helpful, and the room very... More

This was my second stay at the Bowen, and both times I have pleasantly surprised. The Bowen is welcoming and clean (if simple), which is perfect for a stay in Moab (where most visitors plan on spending most of their time up in the national parks anyway). Customer service is excellent and welcoming, rooms are clean, and the price is... More

From outside this hotel looks a little worn out, but the room was surpriseingly nice. It also included free wifi, refrigerator, micro and a very good tv set. The hotel is i walking distance from restaurants and shopping.

We got the family room here and could not have been happier. We wanted to spend some time in Moab on the cheap with our 4 boys ranging in age from 5-14. The Bowen Motel had a family room that has 2 queen and 1 double beds in it! And the price was right. And nobody had to sleep on... More

We spotted this motel from a petrol station when driving into Moab and were quite delighted with our choice for one night. Got the last double room for a very competitive rate, the lady at the front desk was very friendly and very helpful and even though we were early, got the room ready for us in 30 minutes and... More

My family and I happened to stay here for a night and we were pleased. Like other reviewers have mentioned, the location is good, the staff is friendly and the price is right. Our room was in very good condition and was easy on the eyes. If you have any question about Moab or Arches, the front desk will be... More

Stayed here for 2 nights at short notice with my partner- much cheaper than other motels in Moab, so we were a little worried... We needn't have been! Staff were friendly and helpful throughout our stay, particularly on arrival. Great location for downtown moab, wifi, small pool (didn't use so can't offer comment), air con, clean and comfy room.
