First the cons....very loud traffic noise, and at night, there was an engine running around midnight. Strange, since this is a full hookup campground, there wouldn't be any generators, so maybe it was someone's truck. We paid $270 for only 5 nights. It is also dusty, but I expected that, since the parking lot is pretty much just dirt. The... More

If you're an ATVer, trail bike rider, or jeep enthusiast, and if you're in a hard-sided trailer that keeps out some of the noise, this campground would be perfect for you. We were looking for a campground more convenient to town than Dead Horse Point, so we tried this. The facilities are clean and convenient, but we have three negative... More

If you are an ATV or Side by Side rider, this is the place to stay. It is the only campground that has riding trails from the campground. No having to trailer your bikes.... This was my research before we went and what we were told at the welcome center. Nice place too, they were in the middle of lots... More

I actually only knew of Archview because of a recollection I have about driving by it last year when I visited the area. If it had showed up on some of my google searches for camping in Moab, I may have looked at it and saw that it had cabins too. NEXT TIME I WILL KNOW TO BOOK HERE! (since... More

I liked the proximity of this park to the two parks....with that said, it IS in middle of nowhere, it is NOT that close to town (10 miles), it IS dusty, it is NOT shaded and there is hardly a view of Arches. It is a well maintained park with a gift shop and gas station. The staff was nice... More

We stayed in the double cabin. Yes they are small but you get a bathroom with a shower. You get a mini refrigerator, a microwave, and a sink. They are heated and cooled. The beds were pretty comfortable. The WiFi was not even 1mbps but worked. There is hardly any shade so if camping it might get hot. I found... More

I have now stayed at Archview on two different occasions. Both times I was met with a very accommodating and friendly staff. Never did I need to wait at the bathrooms, which by the way were very clean. The pool is small but serves for a great afternoon cool-off in the desert. Close as you can get to the entrance... More

Is a nice but not great view worth premium price? Wifi is useless. No cable. Modest facilities. Close to Arches & Canyon Lands. Ten miles to Moab. Staff is indifferent. Location was good for us. Would not stay here again.

We stayed just one night while heading to Montana. The campground is dusty and full of ATV's. Camp sites are packed in with little room between RV's. The site issued to us was just big enough for our trailer and very difficult to get out of. I had to ask two people to move their cars so I could pull... More

This is a little gem in the desert! The staff is courteous and kind. The amenities are fine for larger, mostly equipped RVs. The location is unbelievable! 10 minutes to Arches National Park and 30 to Canyonlands. Restaurants, shopping, car rentals, jeep tours, 4-wheeler rentals are a short drive away. There is even a bike/running trail .25 miles south. Loved... More
